Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Tiefgarage im Hotel (wenn auch mit 29 Euro pro Nacht sehr teuer). Sehr freundliches, professionelles Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer recht beengt. Der Dusch-Glaskasten mitten im Zimmer macht es zusätzlich ungemütlich. Ist wirklich nur zum Schlafen geeignet, länger aufhalten möchte man sich da nicht

Sehr sehr zufrieden mit Lage, Ausstattung und Service im Barcelo Hamburg!
Pros:

Geraeumiges und helles Zimmer, fantastisches Fruehstuecksbuffet, tolle Lage und freundliches Personal. Ich war rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Gute Lage aber nicht komfortabel für ein Hotel dieser Klasse
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das Bett war am Anfang durch gelegen und nicht akzeptabel.
Die Matratze wurde zwar ausgetauscht aber diese war definitiv viel zu weich.
Damit war ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich.

Ein ansprechendes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Die Betten waren mein Highlight.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück hatte ich mir mehr versprochen. Es gab kaum frisches Obst oder Gemüse. Die Brötchen waren lappig.
Wir konnten erst um 15.20 aufs Zimmer, weil das Housekeeping noch nicht fertig war. Das fand ich merkwürdig, andere Gäste mussten nicht warten.

Nett für nach Musical
Pros:

Wir (meine Mutter, meine Schwester und ich) waren für eine Nacht in Hamburg, um ein Musical zu sehen. Wir konnten ein Doppelbett mit zusätzlichem Beistellbett buchen. Das hatte für die Nacht auch gut funktioniert. Auch das nachträgliche Zubuchen des Frühstücks war kein Problem. Der späte Check-out (12 Uhr) hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da wir dann nur noch zum Bahnhof mussten (nicht mal 10 Minuten entfernt) und mit der Bahn nach Hause fahren konnten.

Cons:

Allerdings würde ich das nur empfehlen, wenn man nur kurz bleibt. Die Dusche ist leider in das Zimmer integriert (ohne eine Tür schließen zu können) und auch die Toilette ist direkt mit dem Raum verbunden. Für eine Nacht war das in Ordnung, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt finde ich sowas mit mehr als einer Person immer etwas problematisch.

A great two night stay in Hamburg.
Pros:

I like its location, very convenient to restaurant, shopping and transportation. Its breakfast provides variety of quality foods. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only inconvenience is the in-room charging. I had trouble to use wall outlets to charge iPhone and iPad. The staff was very helpful. They charged my phone at concierge.
