Leider enttäuschend

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Ich habe ein Behindertenzimmer bekommen, weil es das letzte freie Zimmer war.
Das war für mich leider sehr ungünstig. Die Dusche war ebenerdig mitten im Bad ohne Abtrennung, sodass das ganze Bad und alle Sachen unter Wasser standen. Es gab keinerlei Ablagen im Bad und das Waschbecken und der Spiegel waren extrem niedrig.
Außerdem hat die ganze Nacht der Kühlschrank oder die Lüftung gebrummt. Für 180€ die Nacht habe ich was anderes erwartet.

Fijne kamer maar geen gastvrij personeel
Pros:

De Ligging erg goed, kamer groot en netjes en functioneel ingericht. Wat je mag verwachten voor deze prijs van een nacht.

Cons:

Het personeel checkt je in heel joviaal beetje te gemaakt. Totdat je een verzoek dat we al maanden van tevoren hebben aangegeven ( 2 aparte bedden) nogmaals onder de aandacht brengt dan wordt men minder vriendelijk, sterker nog ze beloven dat het geregeld wordt en ze de bedden in orde zouden brengen bij terugkomst in kamer was het dus niet geregeld. De dagen erna ook niet. Verder is personeel tegen jonge mensen ( vooral de dames) vriendelijker dan tegen middelbare leeftijd en oudere gasten. Bij het in en uitlopen ( 5 dagen) ziet men je niet. Het hele welkom gevoel is er niet. Helaas maakt dat dit niet echt een gastvrij hotel is.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer war völlig ok und vom Preis her für die Lage neben der Binnenalster preiswert. Das Online-Login funktionierte zwar bei mir nicht, war aber auch vor Ort kein Problem, welches nicht kurzfristig erledigt werden konnte. Das Frühstück war interessant, da eher spanisch ausgerichtet. Allerdings gab es natürlich auch "full english".

Cons:

Einziges Manko: Das Duschwasser war nach ein paar Minuten doch sehr kühl. Wahrscheinlich hatten zu der Zeit morgens viele Gäste eine Dusche genommen.

Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre nice, aber hab's auch so überlebt :-)

Only the position of the hotel.

The staff at the reception was not welcoming. It seems they choose young student with non idea of hotelerie. The mini bar was empty. The sink was partially stucked.

Remarkably pleasant and peaceful stay at Barcelo and in Hamburg.
Pros:

Would like to express my gratitude towards the young gentleman at the reception from Estonia for his working ethics, professionalism, kind and respectful treatment of any client during our stay.

Cons:

Would like to suggest to replace in the rooms products for body care with those of better quality, especially shampoo&body wash.
