Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Besuch in Hamburg
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen guten Blick über Hamburg. Die Klimaanlage hatte Mühe gut zu kühlen. Das Hotel ist in wenigen Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar ist der Jungfernstieg mit U- und S-Bahn. Die Alster liegt quasi vor der Türe.

Cons:

Das Empfangspersonal ist etwas viel mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Wenn die Gäste am Empfang vorbeigehen, fehlt ein kurzer Gruss.

Pros:

La chambre était très grande et agréable. Le parking sous l'hôtel est un véritable plus et l'emplacement était parfait pour se déplacer à pieds.

We booked a twin room as a father and daughter. We arrived at 10PM only to be told they don't have a twin room and need to wait an hour until they can arrange one. We waited. We got a room for disabled with the A/B broken.

Sehr moderne und schöne Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Räume waren sehr warm auch wenn man die Temperatur nur auf 19 Grad gestellt hat.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr nett. Das Bett war groß und komfortabel. Mein Zimmer hatte ein spannendes Design mit dem Waschbecken mitten im Raum. Kollegen berichteten mir, dass es auch Designs gibt, mit der Dusche mitten im Raum...

Cons:

Das Design war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Waschbecken steht quasi mitten im Raum. Der Spiegel war dadurch schlecht beleuchtet, weshalb das Rasieren nicht so gut ging. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Allerdings bedeutet "Zimmer mit Stadtblick" nicht, dass man über die Stadt gucken kann. Mein Zimmer war zwar im 7. Stock, aber der Ausblick war gegen die oberste Etage eines Bürogebäudes. Dafür dann einen Aufpreis zu verlangen, finde ich nicht gut.
