Om jag vill komma till Tyskland igen och bo i hotell då absolut önskar bo där.

Pros:

Personalet var super flinke og imødekommende. God beliggenhed lige midt i centrum af Hamborg og tæt på hovedbanegården.

Cons:

Hotellet har et alvorligt designproblem omkring bruseområdet, som tydeligvis har været årsag til omfattende vandskader gennem længere tid. Det var meget synligt, at store mængder vand gentagne gange har fundet vej ud på gulvet, hvilket har efterladt både trægulve og fodlister i stærkt forringet stand. Skadernes omfang gav desuden anledning til bekymring for fugt- og skimmelsvampproblemer.

Som om det ikke var nok, virkede airconditionen ikke under hele opholdet. Temperaturen på værelset lå derfor på over 25 grader, hvilket gjorde det svært at få et behageligt ophold og en ordentlig nattesøvn.

Hotellet var fuldt booket, så vi havde ingen mulighed for at blive flyttet til et andet værelse. Det er svært at forstå, at et værelse i denne stand fortsat udlejes til gæster. Værelset levede desværre ikke op til forventningerne og var en stor skuffelse.

Gensyn og Goodbye !
Pros:

Stort værelse, tæt ved centrum og S-tog, overvejende venlig betjening.
Vi kom med drømmen om et 4 stjernet hotel, som vi tidligere har besøgt med glæde og som dengang var en dejlig oplevelse på alle måder.

Cons:

Håndværkere i gang med gennemgribende renovering af værelse ved siden af vores - støj og afdækning gav indtryk af byggeplads. Monteret udstyr i brusekabine sad løst, bundprop i vask var væk (efterlod dybt og ulækkert hul), skab med vandskade, undergardiner helt mørkebrune i overkant pga. manglende rengøring/vask, ingen varmtvandskedel og afsluttende var der ingen opfyldning af kaffe mm.
Morgenmaden var særdeles skrabet ift. hotellets klassificering og især brødet var ringe (undtaget den første morgen)
Alt mindede om et hotel, som var økonomisk trængt.
Vi orkede ikke at beklage os i receptionen efter et mindre sammenstød med en af receptionisterne, som første aften nægtede at sælge vand fra hotellets køleskab i foyeren. Vi forstod ikke grunden hertil.

Wie kommen wieder :-)
Pros:

Super tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Cons:

Parken war leider sehr teuer und ein kleiner Hinweis: Eine kurze Info für die Gäste, dass es (zumindest aktuell) früh morgens zu Baulärm kommen kann wegen Straßenarbeiten.

Cons:

Ich war bin von einer Woche 2 mal jetzt dort beruflich und jetzt beim letzten Mal passte es null .. 200€ die Nacht und Wasserhähne sind locker , Schrauben fallen aus der Hand der Bett quietscht sorry Zimmer 421 nicht zu empfehlen

Perfect location and a great night’s sleep!
Pros:

Great location - only 10 minute walk to the Rathaus and a nice area. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!
