Riktigt fint rum, och fantastisk frukost! Bra läge i stan, centralt men ändå helt tyst på natten.

Cons:

Det pågick renoveringsarbete i rummen bredvid, så rätt mycket oljud när man var inne på sitt eget rum, vilket blev rätt störigt när man skulle upp till rummet för att vila på eftermiddagen eller sova ut på morgonen.
Ingen i personalen förvarnade om det när vi kom dit, det stod inget på hemsidan eller liknande heller.

God beliggenhed men knap så gode værelser.
Pros:

God beliggenhed. Nyere værelser. Ok morgenmad - især kaffe og pandekagerne.

Cons:

Aircondition levede sit eget liv, så meget koldt om natten. Dårlig belysning - tusmørke over alt. Foretrækker separat toilet og bad og vask i stedet for at dette er placeret i samme rum, som seng.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Hamburg, wenn man Qualität schätzt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wenn man Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und Jungfernsteig braucht. Das Frühstück, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit waren top.

Cons:

Wir fragten nach ein paar Hausschlappen, die man uns ins Zimmer bringen wollte. Sie sind leider nicht angekommen.

Pros:

Bra läge, modern och fräscht. Garage i källaren bra i en svårparkerad stad.

Cons:

Frukosten var bra men personalen alltför nitisk. Varje gång jag var och hämtade mat tog personalen bort mina bestick, glas och liknande som om jag lämnat. blev lite irriterande att hämta nya servietter och bestick hela tiden.
AC:en på rummet. Det var för varmt och det gick inte att dra ned på temperaturen.
