Struttura di design bellissima. Camere molto ampie e pulite. Colazione buonissima e varia
Niente, non troppo vicino alle spiagge
Hotel di design e molto bello architettonicamente; molto bello e ben mantenuto il giardino e le parti comuni. Stanza molto grande suddivisa in due aree con due televisioni a disposizione; bagno grande e ben arredato. Camera ben pulita come anche le aree comuni. Personalmente mi è piaciuta molto la qualità delle lenzuola e dei cuscini. Colazione ottima e molto varia (top i churros con il cioccolato e il miele direttamente dal favo). Staff gentile, professionale e mai invadente. Veramente un ottimo Hotel.
La piscina è un po' piccola anche se vi è una zona con idromassaggio. Il ristorante gourmet potrebbe essere migliorato.
Tophotel met supervriendelijk personeel, hoogwaardige faciliteiten en subliem comfort.
Eén minpunt: al vroeg in de ochtend waren vrijwel alle ligstoelen aan het zwembad al “gereserveerd” met handdoeken, terwijl de gasten nergens te bekennen waren. Dat dit wordt toegelaten en niet wordt aangepakt door het hotel, is een hotel van dit niveau absoluut onwaardig.

Il cambio stanza a metà soggiorno non è stato il top, ma ci hanno comunque sistemato in una camera altrettanto bella e con la vista mare (prima avevamo solo uno scorcio), quindi anche questa nota è positiva.

Der Essraum wurde sehr stark gekühlt durch die Klimaanlage. Wurde aber auf Wunsch dann jedes Mal ausgeschaltet.

Jedyną rzeczą, na którą zwróciłam uwagę to brak przestrzegania przez hotel zasady nierezerwowania leżaków przy basenie, co jest wyraźnie napisane w informacjach dostępnych w pokojach. W hotelu tego typu powinno to być standardem, ze ręczniki kładzione z samego rana a używane realnie po kilku godzinach powinny być usuwane.
Está bien la ubicación, apartado del "jaleo turístico " de Puerto del Carmen . Buena zona de piscina y bar , un camarero muy agradable en el bar piscina , y buen desayuno buffet , con opción de pedir tostadas y huevos a la carta . Mario el botones .
Mi habitación, la 407, no paraban de entrar unas hormigas muy pequeñas ,que se subían a la cama .El aire acondicionado es un poco dificil de entender . Me llamaron una hora antes de las 12 para avisarme que tenía que irme ....ummm creo que no hace falta hacer eso . Es mas bien un 4 estrellas , no está a la altura de un 5 ni de lejos

El servicio. El personal es maravilloso. Muy atento y educado. La habitación es genial y la cama comodísima. Además, tienen carta de almohadas, algo que me parece siempre un detalle.
La piscina muy tranquila.
Por poner alguna pega, el baño de cortesía que tienen para los huéspedes que salen del hotel más tarde de la hora del checkin, es muy pequeño y no tiene ventilación ni zona en la que poder vestirte tranquilamente.

Gym super small. Additional pull-up bar would help.
We have been to Lanzarote a few times but this was by far our favourite hotel! The quality of the food and the service at this hotel was exceptional! The room was huge! The facilities were fantastic. I loved the chill out area next to the pool. I also love the location of the hotel being less than 10 minute walk from the old town which has so many nice restaurants but also the option to walk a little bit further to the beach where there are some nice beach clubs. The hotel really was luxurious and I would definitely return!! A truly relaxing break.
The only disadvantage would be the gym does get very hot but that is understandable and the resort itself is very windy and so on some days it was too windy to put the umbrellas up and so that limits some shade if you want to stay by the pool.
Su tranquilidad y el trato personal que tienen con los clientes. Es especial Leo que te hace la estancia muy agradable y como si estuvieras en casa tanto en el desayuno como en el bar piscina y Daniela como relaciones públicas. Espectacular también, es una crack!!!
L'emplacement dans un quartier calme. La vue incroyable. La dimension de la chambre. L'aménagement des espaces autour de la piscine. Le personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner varié.
À part la clim bruyante rien à dire de négatif sur cet hotel!

Hotel con mucho encanto, buenas instalaciones. Nos alojamos en media pensión a destacar el servicio de cenas. Dar las gracias a Leo por su profesionalidad y estar pendiente y a Hakim. El personal un 10.
