Le personnel trés aimable et serviable, un plus
pour Léo très sympathique. Le service à
la hauteur. La chambre très spacieuse.

Lo céntrico que está , la amabilidad de personal, hacer mención a la recepcionista de Valladolid y a Leo del restaurante, ambos un 10. La amplitud de la suite. El desayuno decir que genial, la tostada de salmón con huevo poché, super!!!la tranquilidad genial, para relajarte y vista desde la suite estupendas!
Las 5* se le queda un poco grande, pienso. Los colchones nada cómodos , no de viscolatex . El suelo ( la rejilla de acero) de la piscina resbalaba muchísimo.Heché en falta cepillo de dientes,crema.., son cositas que un 5 estrellas debería cuidar.El mobiliario necesitaría un cambio a más moderno.

The location, the pool, the bar, the restaurant - overall very pleased. It was also a younger crowd compared to some of the other hotels on the island, which was nice. The reception and check in they were all nice. The pool looked nice. We were there for work so we didn't get the chance to use all the facilities.
Breakfast: I would have liked to have a proper coffee, not these automatic coffee machines. But, despite this the coffee provided is much better than many other hotels on the island.
Room: Our room did not have two rooms... It had one room and an "open-room" which was not practical for the other guest as it didn't offer any privacy.
Sun beds: Guests started to "reserve sun beds" in the morning by placing their towels on the sun beds. That shouldn't happen. Have someone remove these towels or have the staff inform them when they do so.

The pool area was lovely,
Very unique modern architecture. A "path in a botanical garden" winding down between the different wings of the hotel. Very nicely curated exteriors.
We had breakfast and dinner booked there and were very happy with the quality and the choices including vegan/vegetarian options.
The location is about an easy 15 min walk to the down-town area of Puerto del Carmen. (Be aware that Puerto del Carmen is very touristy.) The location is also a great starting point for hikes along the coast towards Puerto Calero and beyond.
The Hotel is nicer outside than inside the rooms. The rooms are very spacious, but the "forced modern style of a few years ago" is staring to wear and tear a bit.
The Hotel is not directly on the sea-side , but in the middle of town above the harbour of Puerto del Carmen (and that has been clear - not a negative). Due to the hill-side location most rooms are advertised as having a sea-view, which however is a bit overrated: There are quite high black basalt walls along the balcony/garden area, so basically you can only see the sea standing at the wall. Also here depending on the room, you note mostly the rooftops and artistic structures of the hotel wings in front of you
