Nada...
A localização é muito perto da av. Paulista. O quarto em que fiquei era bem grande e confortavel. O café da manhã era muito bom. O atendimento no checkin e checkout foi bem rapido. A equipe é muito simpática.
Estávamos no terceiro andar e à noite ouvimos muito barulho de trânsito. Chegamos no meio da manhã, e eles cobraram pelo checkin antecipado (nao é injusto, mas poderia ser cortesia).
Localização boa, café da manhã bacana.
Muitas luzes no quarto, piscando a de incêndio , ar Condicionado que nao paga a luz de funcionamento. TV não pegava internet demoraram muito para vir no quarto e só depois de 2h ofertaram troca de quarto , aí já tínhamos visto pelo celular. Quando chegamos o cartão não passava por conta da máquina ou algum erro da atendente que nos recebeu de madrugada , tive de pagar no pix , depois passou normal. Não sei se ela estava com medo por sermos homens ou com preconceito , mas uma cara de nojo , uma falta de vontade e pouca discrição. Ela não deu nenhuma outra alternativa , os demais funcionários super atenciosos.
The breakfast was fairly good and I liked the fact that the kitchen staff made me hard-boiled eggs, which was not available at the buffet. The hotel was conveniently located near to the areas I wanted to visit. The waiter at the bar was very helpful regarding hot beverages which we had struggled with in some other establishments across Brazil.
Nothing much. The stay was for 3 days and the facility was suitable for our itinerary.
Business hotel in very good location near Avenida Paulista.
Maybe some renovation could be good for rooms.

Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro bem amplos
O quarto parecia que tinha sido recém reformado, o batente da porta está fora do esquadro da porta do banheiro e não dava pra fechar 100%. Havia um leve mofo no teto do canto do quarto. Todas essas informações “negativas” foram avisadas no check out e o hotel falou que iria arruma.
Hotel muito limpo, funcionários muito educados, ótima localização e ótimo café da manhã!
