Muy buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones muy acogedoras. El personal muy amable y con buen manejo de distintos idiomas.

Cons:

El internet de la habitación fue muy fluctuante durante toda la estadía. Las puertas de las habitaciones generan mucho ruido al abrir o cerrarse, el descanso no fue tan optimo durante la noche debido al ruido en el pasillo de las habitaciones. La comida del room service tiene mucho por mejorar en sabor, preparación y temperatura.

Conforto e ótima localização!
Pros:

Com boa localização, ao lado da Av. Paulista na altura do MASP, lojas, cafés, restaurantes, shopping, metrô etc. Equipe atenciosa, café da manhã com muitas opções, cama confortável e quarto com um tamanho muito satisfatório. Ficaria hospedado novamente!

Cons:

Apenas dois detalhes que poderiam melhorar. O primeiro diz respeito à fechadura/maçaneta da porta dos quartos, pois fazem barulho acima da média para fechar, por mais cuidadosos que sejamos. Não me impediria de me hospedar novamente, mas fui acordado logo cedo por conta desse barulho. Por fim, a área da piscina precisa ser remodelada. Se o hotel deseja manter a piscina como recreação, precisa de uma reforma e, o mais importante, aumentar a proteção nos muros ao redor, pois são relativamente baixos, com cadeiras próximas, o que pode ser um perigo para crianças desatentas. e a piscina fica na cobertura do prédio. Quem sabe uma barreira de vidro ou grade acima do muro, aumentando a segurança, mas mantendo a visibilidade externa.

Accoglienza e posizione ottima

Cons:

Ci hanno dato una stanza al primo piano che dava su una copertura un ondulato in alluminio, pioveva e quindi c’era molto rumore dell’acqua che sbatteva.
L’insonorizzazione in generale era inesistente, anche per alcune finestre erano rotte e non si potevano chiudere del tutto (per lo più quelle del bagno).
Stanza fredda.
Il bagno molto vecchio con asciugacapelli da 2 stelle e acqua fredda.
La stanza era una doppia con letti singoli adattata a letto matrimoniale, di conseguenza i letti uniti coprivano prese e interruttori, quindi si era costretti ad alzarsi per accendere e spegnere le luci e per delle prese.
