Tatty hotel but great location for the University
Pros:

Comfy bed. EV Charging points in rear carpark. Great location for University.

Cons:

Attached to vibrant pub so can be noisy. Understaffed and staff surly. Hotel is tatty and need a complete re-vamp. Welcoming posset of cookies had no cookies in it - go figure. Breakfast buffet was a joke though cooked poached eggs OK. Brilliant location for the University but nothing would drag me back here at this price point. Used their charging points in the back carpark which was a plus.

Lovely old Hotel close to town and opposite the park and River Thames. Possibly improve the menu a little.
Pros:

Love the location, opposite the park and easy 10 minute walk into Twickenham town centre.

Cons:

The menu isn’t as good as it used to be. It would be nice to have sandwiches or pizza , something to snack on especially whilst it has been so hot and the evenings are long and very warm, just to sit and snack and drink.

Loved the location and the biscuits,but need coffee pods replaced daily.

Location is outstanding. Biscuits delicious and a nice offering

Cons:

Room needs better lighting, coffee pods and milk replaced daily or provided. For the price paid I think breakfast should have been included. The shower very slippery, a non slip mat needed in my opinion.

Stayed for a family wedding, great location but definitely needs a sprucing up!

The property especially our bedroom needed updated, we were in room 23, there was a hole in the ceiling, one curtain was off the rail, the walls were marked as was the furniture. We waiting one morning 40 minutes for breakfast?

Great location pub hotel combination with parking and a good breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely restaurant area, friendly team on night/evening service. Well cooked breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good amenities. Good location. Option to play petanque outside.

Cons:

Floorboards from room above exceptionally loud. Hallways a little scruffy. Breakfast team a little stretched/lack lustre in service compared to evening. No games or cards on site?

Pros:

The room was quiet and beautifully air conditioned. Mini bar was wonderful. Shower amazing. Blocked sink was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. Staff helpful and professional as always.
