Pros:

Zentrale Lage, nette Betreiber, Frühstück ok, wenn auch keine gute Qualität. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern und die Zimmer waren direkt in die City mit regem Treiben ausgerichtet

Es tal cual como lo anunciado. Mis expectativas se cumplieron y fue lo suficientemente cómodo para el tipo de viaje

Podrían mejorar la limpieza de la habitación. Diría que le ha hecho falta un poco más de trabajo. Mucho polvo en el suelo y en el baño. Había leído que no les funciona el datáfono en otra reseña así que no me sorprendí cuando me dijeron eso y tener que ir a sacar dinero a un cajero. Incomodo pero ya estaba avisado por ese comentario que me podría suceder a mí

Pros:

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen und dies war kein Problem.
Unser Zimmer war nach hinten raus in einen Innenhof, von daher war es sehr ruhig.
Auch im Hotel war es ruhig. Wir konnten gut schlafen.
Die Betten waren bequem und das Badezimmer sehr sauber und modern.
Das Hotel liegt mitten in Kreuzberg und man kann schon viel zu Fuss erledigen.

Cons:

Es wurde ohne Vorabinformation bereits eine Woche vor Anreise eine Kaution auf meiner Bankkarte geblockt.
Soetwas bin ich nicht gewohnt, dies macht man normalerweise erst am Ankunftstag.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist sehr klein, für größere Autos ungeeignet, da allein die Durchfahrt sehr schmal ist. Es war sehr warm in den Zimmern. Bei offenen Fenster zum Hinterhof konnte man nicht schlafen, da dort immer etwas los war. Trotz Buchung des Frühstücks konnten wir nicht frühstücken, da alle Plätze voll belegt waren und weder Geschirr noch Brötchen verfügbar waren- und das um 8 Uhr morgens. Gefrühstückt wurde an der Rezeption, sehr befremdlich. Personal war nicht vor Ort, obwohl wir 10 Minuten an der Rezeption gewartet haben. Er nach langem Hin und Her (über eine Woche) wurde uns das Geld für das entgangene Frühstück erstattet. Obwohl wir es schon bei auschecken bemängelt hatten. Wir können es nicht empfehlen
