Great location and vibe and interiors. I like all the refurbished Young pub hotels I have been in so far.
Be prepared to lug your luggage up the stairs - no lift. Suggest you pack in such a way that you leave heavy cases in storage downstairs and take a small bag up!
Comfortable bed and great room, close to a tube station for getting around the city, cute area with lots of restaurants and pubs.

Excellent location! Perfectly situated. Beautiful park a ross the street , Thames is a 15 min walk and wonderful neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants
Great location, room very clean, comfotable with great ambience. The Pub is the icing on the cake.

L'emplacement, situé à 5min à pied de la station de métro Hammersmith qui est très bien desservie.
Plusieurs magasins, supérettes, restos et bars dans les alentours.
Lit très confortable et bel espace dans la chambre.
Le personnel est très gentil.
Chambre très bien décorée au style anglais.
Pub au RDC, ce qui est sympa, après une longue journée de visite pour se poser.
La pression de la douche
À noter que l'hôtel se situe à proximité, d'un hôpital et d'une caserne de pompiers, ce qui fait que nous entendons énormément de sirènes, étant donné que le bâtiment n'est pas très bien isolé.
Mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.
Le choix du petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer, à savoir que l'établissement propose quelques fruits et viennoiseries au "buffet".
Il y a aussi un petit déjeuner traditionnel anglais (version vegie également disponible) qui est compris dans le prix.
Et c'est tout.
Si vous souhaitez un avocado toast ou des œufs Bénédict c'est en supplément, ce qui est dommage étant donné le prix de l'hôtel.
Mais nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour.
Great location for Charing Cross hospital and Hammersmith station - easy walking distance. Beautifully decorated rooms, spotless, quiet, good blackout curtains. Well stocked mini bar, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Nothing really just would prefer back bacon to streaky but was a lovely breakfast regardless .

Water pressure low so poor shower. Top floor of hotel with no lift is tricky with luggage
We really like this place and have stayed several times. As usual, the service, staff and general ambiance were all great. However on this occasion the food let us down. The Sunday lunch - so good before- fell below standard: the sharing plates of meats was very disappointing with the beef unchewable. All of our party felt the same which is a real shame as it detracted from a Father’s Day lunch.

Great location for concerts at the Eventim Apollo but also very well connected to central London (4 underground lines).
The hotel was very clean and smelled great everywhere. Beds comfortable. Quick check in and check out.
Staff very pleasant (Johny at breakfast made us feel at home) and breakfast was incredible, especially the eggs.
Long flight of stairs may not be suitable for some guests. Air conditioner sometimes noisy throughout the night (we couldn’t really figure out how to turn it off).
Location good, pleasant garden nook
Very little closet/wardrobe space in the room. Bathroom has no shelf for toiletries, shower partition not adequate to prevent spread of water. Breakfast not up to the mark.
