The Brook Green Hotel

Gezellige en laagdrempelige sfeer. De kamer was schoon en de pub beneden erg sfeervol. Het ontbijt was erg lekker (je kan kiezen van een menukaart en gebruik maken van een ontbijttafel waar je croissantjes, zoete broodjes, boterhammen, yoghurt en fruit kunt pakken). We hebben ook 1 keer gedineerd in de pub, dit beviel ons erg goed! Lekker eten en fijne sfeer om nog na te tafelen met een biertje en een pakje kaarten. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Colazione preparata al momento molto buona. Personale giovane, sorridente e disponibile. Moquette dove presente pulita e buon profumo.

I stayed in Room 10 (2nd floor, facing the street), and honestly, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed.
Every staff member was polite and attentive. The gentleman behind reception offered to help with my bag, in the morning I was greeted by a lovely lady (possibly Dutch or Scandinavian, apologies if I've guessed wrong, I just want everyone to get the credit they deserve!) who was incredibly helpful, and the gentleman who brought out the food was polite/accommodating as well :) The genuine warmth of the staff really added to the stay. And I can't speak for any of the other food they serve but the breakfast I ordered was lovely!!
The room itself was well thought out too, a mini-fridge with plenty of choice, a complimentary Nespresso machine, and apples were a nice touch. The AC was excellent, and soundproofing was impressive: I didn't hear anyone from the floor above (which I normally do in other hotels), and there was no noise at all from the pub downstairs. The street outside could be heard faintly, mainly the odd ambulance, but with earbuds in I didn't wake up during the night — and I say that as someone who's usually quite sensitive to noise.
The bed was really comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality and lovely. There's clearly strong attention to detail here, from the service to the little touches in the room, all designed to make sure guests have a great stay.

Location was perfect for my trip and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The food in the pub was delicious and convenient!

Lovely room, staff were polite and helpful. The landline in the room didn’t work to connect to reception, and four floors up that wasn’t ideal! The TV didn’t work on arrival but the staff came up to reboot it.

The food was delicious especially the Camembert and sour dough

Just a short walk from Hammersmith Station, this place is a real gem. The rooms are big and spotless, cleaned daily, and there's a lovely bar and beer garden downstairs that make it feel like home.
James and Barbara were amazing — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I can honestly say this was one of my best stays. If you're coming to London, look no further: it's great value and exceeded my expectations in every way. I spent time in the bar and beer garden every day and loved it.

Great location, easy to walk to from Hammersmith station.
The towels and toiletries are the best we've used to date, and that includes 5* hotels around the world.

The hotel had a lovely feel, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book here again
