Pros:

Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative! Posizione strategica per la vicinanza alla stazione Hammersmith e City e Circle line che ti permettono di andare praticamente ovunque a Londra; anche all'aeroporto di Stansted.
La zona é tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte e anche a piedi si raggiungono comodamente zone di interesse come Holland Park e Kensington Palace.
L'hotel é davvero una chicca perché rispecchia il vero stile inglese, camere curate e ben tenute (molto pulite) e un pub accogliente e caratteristico.
Lo staff é una bella squadra, molto cortese, professionale e disponibile.
Lo consiglieremo sicuramente e ci torneremo :)

A stay that exceeded expectations!
The location is ideal, being close to Hammersmith e City and Circle line stations, which allow you to get practically anywhere in London; including Stansted airport.
The area is quiet both day and night, and places of interest such as Holland Park and Kensington Palace are within easy walking distance.
The hotel is a real gem, as it embodies true English style, with tastefully decorated and well-maintained rooms (very clean) and a cosy, traditional pub.
The staff are a great team, very friendly, professional and helpful.
We'll definitely recommend them and we'll be back. :)

The interior decor of the room was very nice - the colours, the William morris prints. Bathroom was big - we had a twin room. Very quiet, surprisingly

Intérieur et extérieur offrant une ambiance cosy et très traditionnelle. Conservation gratuite des bagages pour notre dernière journée à Londres.

Cons:

Petit problème de plomberie qui n’a pas pu être réglé durant notre séjour. Isolation phonique médiocre avec la rue et avec la chambre voisine.

Läget var toppen! Litet och gulligt hotell. Lugnt på hotellet. Smidigt att ta sig från ock till Heathrow med tunnelbanan. Enkelt att ta sig vidare runt i London. Lugn och mysigt område.

Cons:

Att ambulanserna hördes sent på kvällarna. Utryckningsfordon har station nära. Bör nämnas att vi hade rum mot stora gatan.

Cosy hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. Really enjoyed the rustic lodge feel of the rooms. The bathroom were clean and well stocked with amenities. The breakfast was also fantastic. All in all, highly recommend the place!

Cons:

The hotel is near a hospital so can get loud with all the ambulance noise, bring ear plugs!

Charming, friendly, a great place to stay.
Pros:

This was the 2nd time I stayed and it was just as good as the 1st. The rooms are charming and well-appointed. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and interested in making sure my stay was enjoyable. The food and drinks are first-rate. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively without being overly boisterous.
