Great time, wonderful service
Pros:

Stayed with my wife, daughter and son-in-law. Hotel is delightful, great pub downstairs. Good food. Outdoor area looks out on a park and is close to Kew Gardens. Location-wise it is a ways from Central London (like being in Brooklyn when you visit NYC), but a tube station is nearby. We liked the location as it was peaceful.
Rooms were great. Had a bit if a snafu at dinner one night, slow service while a big party was going on. Wait staff acknowledged it with a bottle of wine, management got wind of it and made it right at checkout. To me that is the big test and they passed.

(Food = Poor) (Drink = Great) (Service = Good)
Pros:

What a disjointed place, We went to Kew Gardens and decided to pop in for a drink. Ended up choosing to eat instead of cooking when we got home. Bad Choice. Im not sure why it took so long? But when it arrived both are plates of food were at best warm. That was probably the worst roast dinner we have ever eaten. Anyway, the beer is good. Really good in fact. A good selection. The serving staff were really friendly. Would I come again, Yes, but not to eat. It has a really nice atmosphere and good energy.

a great place to stay
Pros:

A great hotel on Kew Green and very convenient for visiting Kew Gardens and the National Archives.
We were in a twin-bed ground floor room which was very quiet, very clean and had excellent AC.
Bathroom and bedrooms facilities were first class and bed very comfortable.
Great value for room with excellent breakfasts included.
The staff in the hotel are most attentive and keen to make sure everything and anything required was available.
We will be back and we recommend travellers to Kew book this hotel for their own stays

As good as any five-star hotel
Pros:

What can I say, except it was superb. Great food, great room, great service, great food, and definitely great staff and management. Eggs Benedict at breakfast was the best I've ever had. Evening meals also great. There were a couple of minor issues (internet reception and air conditioning) that were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I was there for business, but it felt like a holiday!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay- thank you Coach and Horses
Pros:

Have stayed here many many times and always really enjoyed it . Last time we visited (December) we thought things were not up to the usual standard, however this time everything was top notch. The staff are delightful. The poached eggs at breakfast , just perfect. Many thanks to the lovely lady (nothing too much trouble) who brought our delicious food out to the patio (room 1) apologies that I don't know her name. Finally, the jewel in the crown of the Coach and Horses the wonderful Alicja, so helpful and welcoming. We have already booked again.

Lovely Hotel in Kew Gardens
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in Kew Gardens at Coach and Horses. The room was perfect with comfy beds, lovely furnishings and wonderful breakfast choices. Having the pub downstairs was a nice addition as well as the comfortable outdoor area. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Kew Gardens has lots of transportation options to get into London or other sightseeing areas and offers a much more relaxing stay than downtown London. I look forward to staying again.

A gem in the middle of London
Pros:

What a lovely experience! The room was so well decorated, with thoughtful little touches and all the supplies you could want (except tissues, but they said they were working on that!). The beds were super comfy - we were on a one week trip to the UK, and it was the best night's sleep I had. Everything was spotless. And, despite being on a busy junction, and it being quiz night, we had no noise in the room. The food wasn't exciting, but there are other places to eat. The secure parking was hugely appreciated, as was their willingness to let us leave our car there while we visited Kew Gardens. And, of course, it's on Kew's doorstep. We would very happily stay here again, even when visiting other parts of London.
