Lovely staff right near kew garden and on site parking

Cons:

It's need decorating and furniture in room was ripped on chairs and headboard was dirty all room had marks on. Walls and carpet same in bathroom paint work was bad

Egy barátságos, nagyon brit szálloda.
Pros:

Szuperkényelmes, óriási matracok. Kedves, segítőkész munkatársak. Ajánlom a pubot is, kiváló angol pezsgő és jó konyha! A terasz a Kew Green szélén kihagyhatatlan.

Cons:

A szoba megérett egy kis frissítésre: festés, fürdőszoba karbantartás, szőnyeg csere.

Pros:

Our second stay & didn’t disappoint Very friendly staff gorgeous room perfect location overlooking Kew Green we stayed 2 nights on B&B package so ate at hotel one night -food very good as was breakfast. Can highly recommend.

A comfortable stay in a great location looked after by very attentive staff.
Pros:

The staff looked after us really well. We had an issue with our AC and we reported it to the bar manager, Firt, as he was the only person around at the time. Although he could have said it wasn’t his job to deal with hotel issues, he didn’t. He followed up with the the night manager and got everything sorted for us. Thanks Firt.
Thanks also to Alicja for her care and attention the following morning. They both clearly care about the hotel and bar’s guests and it really enhanced our stay.

Also, the property is ideally located for Kew Gardens and the National Archives. Both well worth a visit.

Lovely place but we had issues
Pros:

Great location to get straight into Kew Gardens. Nice place, decor, staff all very helpful and comfy bed. Unfortunately we has some negatives:
We booked dinner for 8pm and were served straight away with drinks and orders taken. 20 mins after the starters hadn’t arrived and the waitress who was lovely apologised about the delay. However we still didn’t get the starters until 45mins later. By this point I had a restaurant next door and told the waitress we were cancelling the order. The waitress was very apologetic and I know sometimes these things happen. We stayed in room 19 which was a nice sized room with a big comfy bed. However we did have noise from below in the bed until about 1130pm with chairs and tables being dragged across the floor. The room itself was nice although the shower needs an upgrade from an old school material shower curtain to a glass screen. Special mention to Alisha and Mandy who looked after us throughout

The staff… Ayesha the hotel receptionist was absolutely amazing. I haven’t met such a kind, considerate and utterly brilliant person in such a long time. She made my stay unforgettable… thank you so much.

Conforto pleno e ótima comida!
Pros:

Café da manhã muito saboroso e bem servido. Gostamos muito da variedade e da qualidade dos alimentos servidos! O quarto tem uma decoração extremamente aconchegante e a cama é maravilhosa. A mulher que trabalha na recepção, da Polônia, é extremamente simpática e nos atendeu com muito carinho.

Cons:

Não tenho nada para sugerir, ficamos muito feliz com o atendimento e acomodações. Foi a melhor estadia da nossa viagem.

Home from home stay
Pros:

Another wonderful stay at The Coach and Horses.
The wonderful Alicja is always so helpful, welcoming and attentive.
The rooms are individual all have super comfy beds and the pillows are so soft, super cool air conditioning was so welcome after these hot days.
