Location was good. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist.
Air conditioning could not be set lower and was cold in the room. Breakfast could have been served fresher.
Fantastic service and a lovely setting. Will be coming back!
Fantastic stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was much better than expected with all the right facilities. The air con was an added bonus during the hottest day of the year.
The rooms are exceptionally confortable. Bedding perfect. Shower very powerful and refreshing
As far as hotel is concerned, very little. It really is a good place to stay, very different to high end corporate hotels in feel but very close in terms of standard.
The food on the other hand is to be avoided at all costs.
Well located, overlooking Kew Green, with underground parking included. Room was comfortable and quiet with a fridge, coffee machine and suitable crockery provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we were made to feel very welcome.
It was a very comfortable 2 nights in Kew.
Staff were all super helpful and friendly.
Nothing really.
Room was comfortable with charismatic touches like the old phone and radio. Shower was good. Nice and quiet, despite being above a pub during the England match at the World Cup. Lovely to walk around Kew Green and the river.
Just across the road to Kew Gardens, the lady on reception was very welcoming ,had parking below the hotel which was great
Location, Staff, Car Parking on site. Excellent Sunday Lunch.
Time for a refurb - Breakfast was good but not spectacular.
Fina rum med sköna sängar
Bra PUB och restaurang
Frukosten som ingår till rummet kunde vara lite mer att väja på.
Every member of staff we met were friendly and efficient.
Nothing
Lovely rooms, great location and breakfast. Staff were brilliant too! Highly recommend

Stayed with my wife, daughter and son-in-law. Hotel is delightful, great pub downstairs. Good food. Outdoor area looks out on a park and is close to Kew Gardens. Location-wise it is a ways from Central London (like being in Brooklyn when you visit NYC), but a tube station is nearby. We liked the location as it was peaceful.
Rooms were great. Had a bit if a snafu at dinner one night, slow service while a big party was going on. Wait staff acknowledged it with a bottle of wine, management got wind of it and made it right at checkout. To me that is the big test and they passed.
What a disjointed place, We went to Kew Gardens and decided to pop in for a drink. Ended up choosing to eat instead of cooking when we got home. Bad Choice. Im not sure why it took so long? But when it arrived both are plates of food were at best warm. That was probably the worst roast dinner we have ever eaten. Anyway, the beer is good. Really good in fact. A good selection. The serving staff were really friendly. Would I come again, Yes, but not to eat. It has a really nice atmosphere and good energy.
A great hotel on Kew Green and very convenient for visiting Kew Gardens and the National Archives.
We were in a twin-bed ground floor room which was very quiet, very clean and had excellent AC.
Bathroom and bedrooms facilities were first class and bed very comfortable.
Great value for room with excellent breakfasts included.
The staff in the hotel are most attentive and keen to make sure everything and anything required was available.
We will be back and we recommend travellers to Kew book this hotel for their own stays
