Comfortable and easy
Pros:

Parking on site is important to us and it was very easy. There was a lift to the room and the room was very nicely decorated and comfortable
The staff were welcoming and friendly
The aircon was excellent

Excellent stay and we’d love to come back!
Pros:

We loved our interconnecting rooms. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Renovated bathrooms. Conveniently located. Lovely staff. And best of all - air conditioning in a heat wave! Hard to fault anything. I do think we had the best interconnecting rooms in the hotel tho as our friends rooms were not as nice.

Cons:

Wish there were fridges in the room. Also the cleaning on one of the days was very poor. But the following day was excellent so the cleaning staff aren’t consistent.

Couldn’t fault it!
Pros:

Room was big. Bed was huge and super comfy. Coffee machine and pods was a real bonus. Staff were great and food was excellent. Sunny outdoor courtyard and LOVED the koi carp in the fish pond ❤️

Eine schöne, gut gelegene Unterkunft mitten in der Ortschaft Chertsey.
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und ruhig.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer läßt zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer brauchen mehr Lampen und stärkere Birnen.

How a hotel stay should be, relaxed clean and comfortable
Pros:

air conditioned! we came during the heatwave and had the best nights sleep ever. Clean, large room, great breakfast. Flexible check in - they let us check in after midnight due to being at a wedding. Just a great experience all round
