A pleasant stay with friendly service and good breakfasts.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me. Near facilities and shops. It was quiet. The room was clean. The breakfast was always good and for all tastes, with a plenty of variety. Check‑in was quick and easy. The man at the front desk was always welcoming and very helpful.

Cons:

The TV in the room was tricky to use and there was only one channel. The wifi was a bit slow on computer. The breakfast room should be more brighter, but that's just my personal opinion. It would make the experience better.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Tuğra Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und besonders Aziz Bey hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter eingerichtet, aber sauber und die Lage in Fatih ist sehr praktisch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eminönü und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.


Tuğra Otel’de keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Personeller güler yüzlü, sagolsun Aziz Bey bizimle ilgilendi. Otel biraz eski mobilyalara sahip olsa da temiz ve Fatih’te konumu oldukça merkezi. Gelinlik Caddesi, alışveriş yerleri ve Eminönü gibi birçok yere ulaşım kolay otobüsle.
Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

إقامة لطيفة بشكل عام وبالنسبة للسعر ماشي الحال

الموقع ممتاز كل شي قريب من الأوتيل . العاملين جيدين بالأخص نهاد كان جدا لطيف ومساعد

Cons:

كان في مشاكل بالمي . مرة انقطعت المي ومرة تانية كان ما في مي سخنة ومرة تالتة كان في سخنة وما في باردة . وما كانو يعطونا خبر إلا لو نزلنا وسألنا . الشراشف تبع التخت قديمة جدا والمناشف لاحظت لم يتم تبدليها كل مرة فقط يرتبوها

Tugra Hotel exceeded our expectations, and offers great value for money, especially for families.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Tugra Hotel and would happily stay here again. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to parks, shops, restaurants, public transport, and many of Istanbul's main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, always going the extra mile to help. A special thank you to Azizhan Yenigün for his outstanding hospitality, helpful recommendations, and kindness throughout our stay. He truly made us feel at home.

Great value for money, especially for families. Highly recommended!

Nicht wirklich begeistert.
Pros:

Die lage ist eigentlich gut, die gepflasterte strasse gehört wohl dem hotel, und mann kann dort eigentlich parken. Ä

Cons:

Das zimmer ist ziemlich verfallen, das badezimmer stinkt extrem nach abfluss, die badezimmer möbel fallen auseinander, auf dem balkon war ein kaputter tisch, nicht mal stühle. Auch das wasser aus dem wasserhahn hat gestunken. Nochmal würde ich hier nicht bleiben

Fue un hotel muy malo. Era viejo y estaba muy deteriorado. No estaba limpio en absoluto. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo
