Good value and functional place. Pet friendly
Pros:

Good grond floor for me to be able to walk our dogs - so from a Pet Friendly persepctive, it was a great place.

Cons:

Being on the main road it was not a quite place to stay. The big trucks passing through were pretty noisy

Pros:

The staff were so friendly & go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They have an amazing games centre even for the big kids.

Pros:

Everything is perfect with this property. Staff is good, gaming area is good and daily cleaning in my room is perfect. No disturbances at all.

We had a fantastic stay at The Reserve Hotel! Miles was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Our room was spotless, cosy, and very comfortable. The bedding was excellent, and the electric blanket was such a thoughtful touch it was made for a warm and relaxing night’s sleep.

One of the highlights was the games arcade. My child absolutely loved it and had so much fun, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you to Miles and the team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend The Reserve Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay.

Quiet, relaxing, value for money (netflix, internet, microwave unlike some rooms available in area)
Pros:

Friendly staff, quiet place to stay, has attached bowling and arcade, pool tables, bar etc. Rooms also have microwaves and working TV/Netflix unlike some other hotels nearby that advertise 'netflix' just to tell you use your own account :)

Cons:

Distance from CBD, but not the businesses fault.

Pros:

Management is extremely friendly and helpful, all staff very happy. Rooms very comfortable and dogs allowed in certain rooms . Our dog loved the staff and stay also .
