NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

It was unclean, unsafe, chain locks didn’t work. Staff were unhelpful. Not enough cutlery/crockery. Amenities broken and room nothing like as pictured/described in booking.

Found syringe under sons bed!

NEVER AGAIN. This place should be shut down. Absolutely filthy dirty. Never seen a place like this. Found syringe under my sons bed when checking out, Woke to homeless asleep in the hallway. Beds terrible. Walls, carpet even the roof was putrid. Smoke alarms not connected. I contacted the health authorities as I felt a duty of care. So angry so unimpressed. They did refund my entire stay but that was the least I expected. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

DISGUSTING AND A COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT STAY HERE

We had an absolutely horrible experience staying in this accommodation this week. The place advertises available parking, but this is untrue. In fineprint they mention that parking is available at car garages nearby. Completely ridiculous as we would not have booked here if they were transparent about this issue from the start.
And the rooms and corridors themselves were in horrible condition. The carpets on the hallways reek of bad smell and look like they desperately need to be changed. Despite advertising the motel as a smoke free environment the whole building reeked of smoke and dampness.
Inside the rooms the door didn't have a lock. There was a chain lock that weakly kept the door "locked". We felt unsafe for the whole night. The bathroom and kitchen didn't have a door separating them which is completely unhygienic. Even the door separating the room from the kitchen and bathroom didn't have a lock.
The powerpoints were also quite flimsy so we were scared there would be a power outrage or potentially get electrocuted. And the wifi did not work as advertised.
Overall, I would avoid this place at all costs and spend a few more dollars at other places. A completely waste of money, and despite the cheap prices, you do not get what you pay for. By paying for parking at the carpark, you might as well book an expensive hotel. Complete scam and a waste of your time and money. Made our whole holiday experience absolutely horrible. Please do not make the same mistake.

The room looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was extremely small, with torn carpet, stains on the bed frame, walls, and ceiling, and dust throughout the room. Most surprisingly, there wasn’t even a door on the toilet, which was completely unacceptable.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Basic amenities were also lacking—the room only had half a roll of toilet paper and little else.
The only positive aspect was its convenient location close to Flinders Street Station. Other than that, the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
Properties in this condition should not be advertised on this app. The listing was completely misleading and felt like a scam because it was nothing like what was advertised. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I gave one star just for its location.
