Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado y la habitación es bastante cómoda, los desayunos estaban bastante bien, tiene un estacionamiento con pago adicional.

Convenient location, but disappointing quality
Pros:

The best things about the hotel was that it was within walking distance to le petit France area, and the off-street parking (for a fee). The room was quiet.

Cons:

Our "deluxe" suite had poor quality fittings. The hotel is not close to cafes or restaurants. Also, the wifi kept dropping out in our room.

Pros:

Beaucoup de points très positifs ! Un accueil exceptionnel de gentillesse, d'attentions, de serviabilité et de bonne humeur.
Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bien. La proximité avec le centre ville, tant à pied qu'avec les transports en commun bus et tram à même pas 5 mn de marche. Le petit déjeuner est très bien fourni autant pour le salé que pour le sucré.
Le calme, l'insonorisation de la chambre (côté cour). Le balcon, de surface correcte, bien apprécié.
A noter aussi la gentillesse de tout le personnel de service, toujours souriant

Cons:

Aucun point négatif. Le point cuisine est très bien aménégé pour de la "petite cuisine". Peut-être insuffisant si souhaits de faire de la cuisine plus élaboré...

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Kochnische, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Microwelle.
Nahe Rezeption Kühlschrank - mit Getränkeauswahl.
Geräumiger (verschlossener) Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis.
Frühstück: gute Auswahl auch mit frischem Fruchtsalat.
Bahnhofsnähe und auch Straßenbahnhaltestellen in Gehweite

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage war sehr Zentral bei der Altstadt.

Cons:

leider mussten wir länger warten, bis das Zimmer fertig war. Für das Schlafsofa war kein Bezug für die Bettdecke im Zimmer.

Pros:

La posizione ottima è sicuramente il suo punto di forza. Il monolocale è piccolo ma dotato di tutti i confort. L'hotel ha un comodo parcheggio a pagamento a disposizione. Ottimo per soggiorni brevi. Non è previsto il servizio di pulizia e riordino della stanza ogni giorno ma solo a fine soggiorno (può essere richiesto a pagamento).

Cons:

La nostra stanza era al pian terreno in un corridoio che sembrava far parte della zona "di servizio" e non riservata agli ospiti. La finestra dava direttamente sul parcheggio per cui non c'era molta privacy. Alcune parti della stanza sembravano appena riverniciate (soprattutto il disimpegno all'ingresso) e l'odore di vernice era molto forte, da far venire mal di testa, ma vista la posizione al pian terreno, non potevamo tenere la finestra aperta altrimenti gli ospiti che passavano nel porticato del parcheggio, avrebbero potuto guardare nella stanza. Il personale della recepition potrebbe migliorare l'approccio all'utenza, solo la ragazza trovata al check-out è stata davvero gentile, efficiente e "accogliente".
