The location was great.
Well first I stayed in room 645, the emergency sign fell off the back of the probably sometime ago and the staff came in the late evening to try to put it back on. Secondly the shower constantly wet the floor due to it just being a half a glass, though I know that is a European style is definitely not suitable. The one also had no fan so once you took a shower, the carpet was moist. The walls were sweat in the room felt muggy. There are also no windows to open. There is nowhere to actually put your clothes so you have to keep them in your luggage. In the hallway smells like someone just rubbed cigarette ashes into the carpet the curtains and the walls it’s a permanent smell.
Second visit, good location, quiet and relaxing to come back to, lovely to sit on the bar terrace with a drink after a busy day. Bar staff very friendly and always busy . Room clean and lovely bathroom
Our second visit and our room was not ready … was offered upgrade but had to pay more, not a lot to be honest, but explained that we were returning guests but couldn’t give too us free, so we declined. Had paid over £400 already.
Pillows are super comfy hotels clean and in a great location from shopping food and train station
The staff weren’t very welcoming at the front door and no room Service food available which we were a bit disappointed by
The Hotel is fine
Hyatt and Booking.com double charged my card for the room as they both wanted card details in advance, then abused this trust by BOTH charging us for the room refusing to refund. Booking.com customer service is all noreply emails.
All that was needed

Room was quiet, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location for our plans. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too, will certainly be back if we come to something else this side of london!
The teen with me was gutted the vending machine ran out of Irn-bru, I however couldn't find fault with anything!
The breakfast was cold and the selection of breakfast items was limited

Was initially allocated room 407, which as soon as I entered noticed the ripped arm chair next to the bed, the room itself was also smaller and stuffy compared to other “king rooms” as per my previous stays . I immediately went back to reception and asked to be allocated a different room, as I expect a better standard for almost £200 a night stay. This was rectified and a different room allocated with no hassle. Hotel clean throughout and bed comfortable as always

On both mornings the breakfast , hot food , was cold We tried at two different times and it was still the same . Very disappointing.
