Very attentive staff and a comfortable, well appointed room. The bed was excellent, as was the shower. Food and drinks were very good. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff in the diningroom made us feel very welcome and made our night special. The hotel was clean throughout and our room was nice, although no a great view.

Nice hotel clean and friendly, the bar is very expensive though and we had no hot water in our room on the second day which was a shame because it would have been perfect otherwise
Right in the middle of the shopping & restaurants area, but quiet.
I had an accessible room. The room itself was good. Although I don't generally request an accessible room I did find it useful in the bathroom being able to use a pull-down bar, and it seemed well equipped for more significant accessible requirements. It was a little annoying having nowhere to hang my towel near the basin in what was quite a sizeable wetroom - and when the floor was wet it was a little slippy for me.
The room itself was a good size.
I had problems with the TV constantly turning itself off and the safe not working, and the duty manager did try to fix the safe. I was expecting both to have been repaired during the following day but returned in the evening to find nothing had been done. When I re-reported it, an engineer did come and look at both, but declared both to require replacing, so I wasn't able to use either during my 2 night stay.
