Lovely hotel, convenient for travel to all areas of London.

Excellent location next to a huge shopping and eating complex. Very convenient for Tube travel.

They were out of air conditioning on the day of my arrival. There was no email update from booking.com nor the hotel to inform me in advance. I was informed about this issue after I completed my check in process. To pay such amount of money for no air conditioning with such hot weather and windows can’t even be opened was not acceptable for my family. Even the hotel let me cancel the booking at no charge but it was such a nightmare to find alternative hotel at such late afternoon while a lot of guests have already been out to search and got rooms. My family had to go through so much stress and trouble to find accommodation for our trip. Very disappointing experience!

Our stay was just what we wanted and we liked having our hotel near the shopping centre and park
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. We didn't have an evening meal.

Cons:

The only thing that was wrong was we had a wet carpet in our room next to the bathroom. We reported it but no one said they had looked at it. It was like it for the whole duration of our stay.

Great location for a concert in the O2 and shipping at Westfield. Food from the bar was delicious.

Good location, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and lovely food.

Cons:

A minor thing, but we were there during a heatwave. The room was very warm. We set the AC to 18°, but it would automatically change to 21°. The room certainly felt much warmer during the night. My daughter requested a fan, but one wasn’t provided.
