Pros:

Chambre propre, calme. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, bien garni. Spa agréable mais trop cher, 25€ par personne pour deux heures. Literie agréable. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

La douche fuit et n’est pas propre, les joints sont mal faits et moisis. Dommage que le restaurant de l’hôtel soit fermé. J’aurais aimé une bouilloire et une machine à café dans la chambre. Le parking privé de l’hôtel est pratique mais l’ouverture automatique pour sortir ne fonctionne pas, il faut appeler la réception.

The best hotel in Colle Val D’Elsa, location is in the historic part of the town.
Pros:

This is an amazing clean hotel with modern facilities. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Italy.

שדרגו לנו את הסוויטה שהזמנו לסוויטה יותר גדולה ומפנקת, חדר האמבטייה שקיבלנו היה גדול מאוד ומאובזר

אין נוף מהחדר , החלונות לא אטומים לרעש ושומעים את הרעש מהרחוב .

Bella struttura che già conoscevo, camera confortevole con un ottimo bagno.

Cons:

In camera il frogobar era vuoto, c'erano solo 2 bottiglie di acqua. Non c'è la macchina del caffè che ormai in un 4 stelle è normale trovarla.
