Buena habitación, buena ubicación , servicio muy malo
Pros:

La habitación, era cómoda y grande , con un muy buen baño

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza , tenía horario hasta el mediodía y luego no funcionaba más

El desayuno era simplemente espantoso , hasta el café , hablando de Italia , era intomable

Schönes Hotel in der Mitte der Toskana
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zu den unterschiedlichen Destinationen war übertragend. Es gibt ausreichend gute Lokale um das Hotel. Der Pool war sehr schön und modern. Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber!

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr sind eine Frechheit sowie die Getränkepreise an der Bar. Wenn man Café in der Früh bestellen möchte, muss man das Personal suchen. Frühstücksauswahl war schlecht. Nach 5 Tagen immer des selbe.

Friendly, comfortable well positioned palazzo with a good breakfast
Pros:

We arrived tired and grumpy. The warm welcome was excellent. The whole atmosphere was relaxing.
The restaurant was not open for dinner but the arrangement with the nearby restaurant in a beautiful location worked well and we were served promptly.

Cons:

I did not want to use the spa on that occasion but had I done it seemed a bit of an expensive add on

Pros:

Odličan smještaj, sa još boljim doručkom ( toplo, hladno, kontinentalno ), sobe prostrane, krevet udoban i velik.. Lokacija izvrsna, odlična za obilazak Siene i okolnih mjesta.

Cons:

Nemam prigovora.

Fijn verblijf in comfortabel hotel, niet ver van het centrum.
Pros:

Mooi pand, dicht bij het centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima ontbijt.
Prive parkeren is beschikbaar, helaas wel tegen betaling.

Cons:

Helaas was het restaurant tijdens ons verblijf niet open. Gelukkig wel alternatieven (op loopafstand).
