Alojamiento perfecto para visitar esta zona de la Toscana
Pros:

La habitación era genial, una cama enorme. Muy cómodo. La piscina ha sido un regalo cada tarde cuando volvíamos de visitar los preciosos pueblos de la zona. El personal ha sido fantástico. Olvidamos ropa al dejar el hotel y lo han gestionado para hacérnosla llegar. Enormemente agradecidos por su ayuda

Cons:

Tal vez sería mejorable el desayuno, pensando en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Pero estaba suficientemente bien

L’emplacement etait idéal, tres facile d’acces avec parking gratuits a disposition. le personnel très pro et très accueillant. Le spa est un vrai plus !

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière dans la chambre ( c’était précisé qu’il n’y en avait pas dans les équipements, donc pas de surprise) mais c’est dommage.

Un moment agréable pour un début de séjour en Toscane.

La piscine, la grandeur de la chambre et les services du SPA au sous-sol, ainsi que le professionnalisme du personnel du SPA.

Cons:

La douche dans la baignoire très peu large. Certains membres du personnel manquaient de jovialité.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Sono stata in questa struttura 13 anni fa ed è stato molto piacevole ritrovare la qualità nei servizi offerti. La piscina all'epoca non c'era ancora, è stata davvero una bella novità.

מלון מקסים, צוות מסביר פנים, חדר מרווח מאוד, נקיון ברמה גבוהה, נמצא במרכז ההיסטורי של העיירה כך שניתן בערב לטייל ברגל, מיקום טוב לטיולי כוכב, בריכה טובה

הבריכה כאמור טובה, אבל כל איזור המדשאה של הבריכה מלא בדבורים/צרעות. הבן שלי נעקץ וזה הצריך מאיתנו לגשת לבית חולים עקב זיהום שהתפתח כתוצאה מהעקיצה, כך שיום שלם מהחופשה "התבזבז" על הטיפול בזה, שלא לדבר על טיפול תרופתי שהוא נאלץ לקבל במשך כל החופשה.... קצת התאכזבתי מהצוות שכשסיפרתי להם את זה הם לא התרגשו יותר מדי וגם לא עשו עם זה שום דבר
