Great location. Lovely lobby and sunken bar and nice reception staff. The joy ended there. Rooms were tired and dirty. Staff had no idea how to deliver service. At best 3 star hotel. Towels look like they had been washed a million times. My room wasn’t cleaned one day until I asked around 4 pm. Attention to details did not exist in this hotel.
