Great location, lovely staff
Long walk to pool
We had a fantastic stay at Pasadena Citadela Hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cascais. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the town, making it incredibly easy to walk to the restaurants, cafés, shops, waterfront and beaches. We loved being able to step outside and immediately enjoy the lively atmosphere of Cascais.
The hotel itself has a beautiful, charming character that fits perfectly with the feel of the town. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better.
One of the biggest highlights for us was the location and convenience. We could explore so much of Cascais on foot and easily come back to the hotel whenever we wanted a break.
Overall, Pasadena Citadela Hotel was a great choice for our trip. Beautiful location, lovely atmosphere, comfortable stay and wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Cascais!

The Hotel itself is wonderful, and set in a great location. But the staff were just incredibly lovely. So helpful and friendly. Service was exceptional. A great stay in a great hotel.

Everything , rooms , staff , location , breakfast. Great value for money .
The entire experience was horrendous. This is not a 5 star hotel, at best it is an 3 star. Ants infested our room. Toilet paper was not replaced. Staff didn’t seem to care about guests. There was a smell of sewerage in some areas. Torn furniture in the room and the sheets didn’t fit the bed, the sheets didn’t even cover the top of the mattress. Worst stay in a hotel ever.

Amazing hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed at, staying in the fort was incredible, lovely rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was lovely and all the on-site pools and facilities meant my friends never wanted to leave.
