Pros:

Bis auf das negative (siehe unten), war alles gut

House-Keeping alles andere als 5*!!!

An einem Tag wurden uns keine Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier und keine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt vom House-Keeping…einen anderen Tag fehlten uns plötzlich die Bettkopfkissenbezüge…wieder an einem anderen Tag fehlte uns dann plötzlich die zweite Zimmerkarte, wir holten uns eine neue und am nächsten Tag hatten wir auf einmal eine dritte von einem anderen Hotel bei uns liegen. Selbst nach mehrfachem Bitten beim House-Keeping und der Rezeption wurden uns bis zum nächsten Tag keine Lösungen angeboten…letztendlich mussten wir uns selbst Toilettenpapier und Handtücher von den WCs am Pool-Bereich besorgen.

Von einem 5* Hotel darf man einen anderen Service erwarten!!!

Marvelous hotel, impressive location
Pros:

Very well located in a fortification historical site, adjacent to a shopping mall, inside the town of Cascais. Couldn´t be a better location. The inner courtyard with bar and restaurant is also a very pleasant and quiet area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with both outdoor and indoor tables.

It couldn't have been better!
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was an oasis of calm and a beautiful environment to spend time in. An exceptional breakfast everyday looking out over the Marina in the early morning sun was a delight. The staff were fabulous and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was perfect for us with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. The bathroom had a shower and a bath and we always had plenty of towels.

Lovely location and staff
Pros:

excellent central location but away from busy town centre. room was great but would have liked a better view but i guess that is in the price. breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

the area outside the room looked like it had not been swept properly for a while - there was broken glass and tooth pitcks there for out whole stay - I did raise it with housekeeping but it was not properly cleaned up which was quite gangerous.

Had a fantastic time and will be back next year
Pros:

I have never had so much choice for breakfast and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Everywhere was spotless. Also staff at the pool bar were great as well as leaving hotel staff were helpful with luggage and hotel was central to town and marina.
