Peaceful and relaxing hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located in between the marina and the city center.
According to me that’s the best location in town with a beautiful view.
Also, due to its location, in the evening it’s very peaceful !

The Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
It’s always a pleasure to be welcomed with smiles.

Cons:

The rooms are getting old, a renovation would be welcome.

Biggest negative point : they block your credit card for one month after you have made the check out.
We did the check out on June 30 and paid everything but they block the guarantee (full amount) till July 31st.
It’s important to be aware of this especially when you have planed your whole vacation with the same credit card.

Pros:

Location of the hotel was excellent, close to the marina, within easy walking distance of the centre of Cascais. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was small and compact with no view, at the top of steep narrow staircase with no handrail, difficult to manoevere for a large heavy suitcase, and for anyone who may be unsteady on their feet. Bathroom was compact and badly designed.
Breakfast was OK - of average choice and selection of food
Facilities and services were not of a 5* level hotel

Perfect location - a beautiful, classy well run hotel, near beaches and places of interest.
Pros:

Breakfast - no complaints an excellent selection of cheeses, fruit, cereals , pastries and hot cooked - eggs, bacon, sausages etc the food was replenished frequentally which meant it remained fresh

Cons:

a minor point - path to the outdoor pool could be repaved, its a fair walk and awkward to walk on, the stairs in the pool need resecuring for stability. worth noting the Harley Davidson Bikers festival was on for the weekend which we were unaware of, this didn't bother us as it provided addiotnal entertainment - but if your looking for a quiet break be mindful of these dates

Pros:

Amazing hotel and lots of extras which truly makes this hotel 5*. Customer service was excellent.

Cons:

The outdoor pool is smaller than what it looks. To do 1 length in a 25 metre pool, I think you have to go from one side to the other.

Excelente hotel para familias y parejas
Pros:

La cortesía de los empleados fue algo que superó nuestras expectativas. Fuimos bien recibidos por el mensajero y por la chica en la recepción. Pudimos dejar nuestra equipaje en la recepción pues llegamos mas temprano quexel horario del Check-in. Cuando retornamos, nuestra equipaje ya estaba en la habitación y tambien recibimos un vino y unos postres (chocolates) como bienvenidos.
Por supuesto, todos los empleados eran muy bien entrenados.
La habitación también era muy bueno con espacio, pero las camas para los niños no eran confortables. La habitación tenía un aislamiento acústico excelente, no se podría escuchar nada do lado de fuera.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo que lo vimos y pasamos en este hotel. Lo recomiendo.
