Average for a 5 star hotel but the staff were excellent.
Pros:

Extremely clean and staff amazing .

Cons:

The breakfast was absolutely dreadful for a 5 star hotel, cooked breakfast minimum and had to wait a long time for pots to be refilled and cold.

Cons:

Didn't like the steps in the sea view room. My husband and myself nearly came a cropper a couple of times. They were badly lit. Also asked for a double bed, got 2 singles.

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

Very pet friendly hotel. They received my dog with a bed and a box of food. My dog is in love with this hotel, if she could speak, she would ask to come back. We had a nice experience!

Pasado y presente para disfrutar
Pros:

El hotel es divino. Qué esté dentro de la ciudadela le da una magia particular.
Las vistas desde el desayunador son hermosas y el desayuno es realmente muy completo.
Nuestra habitación era grande y luminosa. Las camas muy cómodas.
La zona del Spa también es una buena alternativa al volver cansado de las caminatas o excursiones. Volvería siempre.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es la distancia a las habitaciones pero entiendo que al reciclar un espacio antiguo esto puede suceder.

Herbergið, ónýt gólf sem hafði verið leki í, og það sem átti að vera svalir var lélegur pallur með subbulegum húsgögnum. Útisundlaugargarður langt í burtu og mjög lélegur alls ekki 5 stjörnu, urðum fyrir miklum vonbrigðum,

Fantàstica elecció per disfrutar de Cascais

Això de pousada porta una mica a engany, perque es tracta d'un hotel enorme on és fàcil perdre's! :)
Molt ben situat a la molt bonica Cascais, és un establiment enorme que ocupa tota una plaça (interior, fantàstica) amb diferents espais exteriors i interiors, inclosos dos restaurants.
Jo vaig estar en una de les suites que es troben fora de l'hotel, amb unes vistes fantàstiques a la plaça.
Els espais que vaig poder veure de l'interior, bar amb zona de treball i sofàs, les dues piscines... són un gust.
L'habitació és molt gran, cómoda, moderna, espaiosa, amb dues grans tvs i molt lluminosa. És en realitat un petit pis molt ben dissenyat amb tot nou i net.

Cons:

Una habitació pensada amb cura i tan ben ressolta, amb dues tvs grans, resulta decebedor que no tingui ni cap servei de streaming, ni la possibilitat de connectar-ne un. Canals de terra i alguns de satèlit, però no estem al 2003, home...
L'hotel és molt gran i amb molts espais, però tothom sembla trobar-se al mateix lloc al moment de l'esmorçar. La sensació aleshores és de massificació i pot esdevenir una mica incómode.

Um Muro do Paraiso

A Localização é ótima, perto do centro de Cascais. Apresenta um excelente café da manhã e o atendimento de seus funcionários é de extrema qualidade, principalmente, a Srta. Matilde da recepção, que com sua amabilidade e eficiência nos conquistou, com a sua ação imediata para resolver um problema grave na porta de blindex do box do nosso banheiro.

Cons:

Acho que um hotel como o Pestana Cidadela poderia melhorar a piscina externa, apesar do atendimento excelente do funcionário Willie que fica no atendimento do bar e da piscina.
