Amazing experience and what real 5 star service means. Stayed 4 days in this magnificent hotel at the 88 th floor with a beautiful view of Shenzhen.
Room was always maintained to perfection and all the amenities were great.
The breakfast is really nice and should not be missed by any guests.
The part that sets St Regis apart from other high end hotels we have stayed at over the years is the level of service and attention to details that makes your stay so nice and pleasant. I would especially like to mention Luna Wang in the butler service, her service and friendliness is second to none. Her helpfulness and kindness made the stay for us so special and great.
Many thanks and not goodbye, until next time we will for sure be back.

We stay at the hotel with family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. We highly appreciate the hotel staff to prepare the room decoration and birthday cake for us. Our butler, Lucia, has provided excellent service to us. We have a very nice experience at the hotel.

It was super fun there is even a iPad that controls the curtains and the lights and they made buttons that Change the lights in the toilet and this hotel has a butler service

Great location connected to KK Mall and subway station. Our room was clean and comfortable except for confusing light switches. High praise goes to our chief butler Alice Chen who was kind, friendly, and anticipated all our needs from day one, making our stay very comfortable and stress free. Ms Chen is indeed and valuable asset to the St. Regis chain and she is one reason we like to come back to this hotel again.

My family and my great friend & her family had a fantastic 3 nights stay at this hotel. The hospitality is amazing. The room is spacious, clean, and has beautiful city views! The house keeping did a great job with cleaning the room and restocking the toiletries. The lobby staff to the check-in counter staff were exceptional!!!

Our family of five stayed at the St. Regis Shenzhen in late June 2006, enjoying time in the Caroline Astor Suite and a regular King room. The suite offered generous space for the family, while the King room provided comfortable, well-appointed accommodations for the rest of our stay.
Faust and his team continually made us feel at home, arranging spa appointments, sightseeing, and even parcel deliveries with ease. The overall experience was defined by thoughtful, personalized service and refined luxury.

Among the many five-star hotels we’ve visited worldwide, the St. Regis Shenzhen definitely tops the list.

We hope to return for regular visits when we travel to Shenzhen, China.

My stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen was absolutely amazing, all staff members are warm, attentive and professional.
I requested to upgrade to a better suite, Nora from reservation coordinated patiently for me, Jimmy at front desk handled the room change efficiently. Concierge Simon and Chloe gave detailed travel recommendations. Our butler Luna prepared lots of lovely surprises for us, which made our trip unforgettable. We also enjoyed the iconic Sabrage Champagne Ritual in the lobby, a fantastic signature experience. Exceptional bespoke service all around, highly recommend!

St Regis Shenzhen has a good location, with a nice view, helpful staff. When we are leaving back from hotel, the staff Joe Fu is friendly and nice! He helps us on book the car and wait in front of the entrance.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Hong Kong/Shenzhen and had a very pleasant memorable stay at the St. Regis Shenzhen. Email communication from the hotel was timely and informative. Breakfast and lunch at the "Social" on the 95th floor offered a spectacular view of the city skyline. The hotel is ideally located right next to the metro station and a high-end shopping mall. A special shutout to the hotel guest loyalty manager Crystal who not only extended her warm welcome but also upgraded our suite to a larger one with a sunset view from the 75th floor !! Our room was also decorated to mark our anniversary celebration. Crystal also went above and beyond to give us a special tour of the top floor of the hotel (430 meters tall), took a few beautiful pictures and even have them framed for us as souvenirs.

We highly recommended the St. Regis Shenzhen (Luohu) and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The views are magnificent and the facilities are great but for me the best thing was the staff who were so friendly and tried to anticipate our every need! Perfect feeling siting in a bar and watching the setting sun on the 96th floor!
