Mehrere technische Defekte, Überfüllung im Spa-Bereich und ein unzureichender Umgang mit Beschwerden

Zimmer war leider eiskalt, die Toilette hörte nicht auf zu laufen, Spa begrüßt am Wochenende viele externe Gäste und für die Hotelgäste bleibt keine freie Liege, Whirlpool war kaputt, Sauna voll, überall lagen gebrauchte Handtücher, mein Geburtstag wurde vergessen - zur Entschuldigung gab es zwei Macarons und erst nach der vierten Beschwerde bekamen wir kostenlose Drinks beim Abendessen?

wir haben eine schöne Nacht dort verbracht und den Ausblick genossen

Der Ausblick ist toll!

Cons:

Man kann das Fenster nicht öffnen, und die Einrichtung war schon ein bisschen abge-grabbelt und nicht mehr auf der Höhe der Zeit.
