Pros:

Staff is very nice and professional, location is top.

Cons:

Room was not clean. We were too tired to deal with it. Broken glass pieces on the shower floor. Bathroom and toilet zone in general was dirty. Did not experience from this hotel such a poor hygiene. Breakfast is not good. Won’t come back.

快適できした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかった。バスアメニティがAesopで快適。
Zoo駅（Sバーン、地下鉄、複数バスの始発駅でありベルリン西側で最も便利な駅）の真ん前であり、ロケーションもとても良い。
ホテルスタッフとWhatsAppがチェックイン後すぐにつながり、リクエストが簡単にできる。

Cons:

充電端子がUSB Cだったらもっと便利だった（もちろん頼めばすぐにアダプターを持ってきてくれる）。

Cons:

Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich waren stark überlastet. Bestellte Speisen aus der Karte wurden sehr spät gebracht.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Essen gut.

Cons:

Es fanden gerade Umbaumaßnahmen statt, so dass die ganze Lobby mit Plastikfolien überdeckt war. Das hatten wir nicht kommuniziert bekommen. Das Personal machten Probleme beim einchecken und fanden die Reservierungen nicht.

Pros:

Predrag took great care of us already from the start. From leaving our car keys to checking in. Andreas was very helpful at the breakfast. We had two rooms with connecting doors, so specious and carefully planned. Loved the fact that the bathroom had so many mirrors and also the light so you can apply makeup. Great service at the restaurant, we had deserts in the evening. Location I could not have asked for more.
