Pros:

Predrag took great care of us already from the start. From leaving our car keys to checking in. Andreas was very helpful at the breakfast. We had two rooms with connecting doors, so specious and carefully planned. Loved the fact that the bathroom had so many mirrors and also the light so you can apply makeup. Great service at the restaurant, we had deserts in the evening. Location I could not have asked for more.

Great hotel, excellent service. We were satisfied with our suit and happy with the birthday arrangements that hotel offered and did. Very good breakfast. Recommended.

God beliggenhed, God service og vi kunne lade vores bil ved hotelparkering.

Cons:

Ikke ferskt brød eller rundstykker. Røreg var kogt og ikke stægt, flød rundt i sovs.

Beautiful hotel, great staff
Pros:

Before the visit I had been in touch with concierge by email as we had a big birthday in our party.

I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness and help given ahead of our arrival.

On check in Minh from concierge appeared and welcomed us very well, making a fuss of my guest whose birthday it was.

The hotel is well connected with transport and a good central base to explore the city from.

Modern and spotlessly clean, the art beats fitted in well throughout.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed and breakfast was good quality.

Highly recommend a stay here, we were all very impressed.

My stay here was flawless. The hotel effortlessly combines the classic, upscale sophistication of the Waldorf brand with a sleek, modern layout. My room was incredibly spacious, quiet, and featured massive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the historic Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. The service was impeccably polished, and starting the day with a swim in their distinct cloud-shaped indoor pool was fantastic. Its location in City West is ideal—right next to the Zoologischer Garten station and steps away from the premium shopping on Kurfürstendamm.
