A localização sem dúvida é perfeita
Era meu aniversário e a recepcionista me ofereceu, gentilmente, uma taça de vinho, maravilhoso 🥰

Cons:

A tomada a beira da cama não estava funcionando bem, e achei o quarto bastante escuro, mesmo com as cortinas abertas não havia luz suficiente . No balcão tinha um cinzeiro cheio de cigarros e cinzas e estava um pouco abandonado.

Una estancia perfecta! Las vistas son preciosas y maravillosas. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias . La comida del bufet está deliciosa y tiene mucha variedad. Lo mejor de todo es el personal, ya que son muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Volveremos sin duda.

Da Hotel noch älter, ist der Lift etwas eng.
Pros:

Neue renoviertes Zimmer, sehr schön eingerichtet mit Safe und Minibar, Föhn vorhanden. Super Aussicht direkt auf Matterhorn, sehr schön!

Cons:

Für die Seife hatte es im Badezimmer kein Geschirr.

Schlichter, nostalgischer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ausblick vom Superior-Zimmer aufs Matterhorn. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksamer Personal. Der Aufzug war richtig nostalgisch! :D

Cons:

Economy-Zimmer waren relativ klein. Ausstattung grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber etwas veraltet/rustikal.

Die Lage ist top und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Der viel genannte „Retro-Charme“ ist die wohlwollende Formulierung. Das ganze Haus wirkt noch genauso, wie bei der Ersteröffnung. Das ist grundsätzlich irgendwie cool, trotzdem sollte es hinreichend gepflegt und renoviert werden. Da ist noch Luft nach oben

Stayed overnight to visit the Matterhorn Glacia Paradise. Zermatt was such a beautiful location, especially being a car

Robin on reception was fantastic. So helpful and went out of her way to assist me in locating a Swiss / UK plug adapter. Very professional and a credit to the Hotel.

Pros:

La posizione è leggermente fuori dal centro di Zermatt, ma il paese è facilmente raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 10 minuti. In alternativa, è possibile usufruire dei bus gratuiti, che rendono gli spostamenti molto comodi.
Ho apprezzato molto la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Anche l’atmosfera generale dell’hotel è piacevole e accogliente.

Cons:

Nel complesso l’hotel è carino, ma necessita di alcuni interventi di rinnovamento. In particolare, la moquette nelle camere sarebbe da sostituire e anche i bagni avrebbero bisogno di essere modernizzati. Una generale rimessa a nuovo della struttura migliorerebbe sicuramente l’esperienza degli ospiti.
