ホテル全体で清潔だった。

Cons:

ホテル到着後、お湯が出なかった。
フロントに掛け合うとどうやらホテル全体で不具合だったらしくすぐに直す、1時間から1時間半くらいかなと言われた。その間に外出して帰ったらお湯が出るようになっていたので良かった。

Un hotel amb encant
Pros:

La nostra habitació tenia una magnífica vista del Cerví. Des de la terrassa l'hem pogut gaudir mati i vespre. Espectacular! L'hotel té in petit spa que pots utilitzar gratuïtament. L'esmorzar és variat. Et serveixen el cafè amb llet o el que demanis, a taula.

Cons:

Per dir alguna cosa, el tema endolls queda concentrat al bany. A l'habitació només teníem endoll en un costat del llit

Spectacular poisition, old world charm and great service and ammenities.
Pros:

We loved the Art Deco period feautres, most particularly the dining room - breakfast was a delight. The hotel location and our room facing The Matterhorn was spectacular! The staff were super frindly and always helpful - nothing was a trouble! Some might see this as a little dated but for us it spoke to the old world charm of the alps. Please don't change it too much :-)

Cons:

The down pillows were a little flat and not enough of them.

Très bel hotel avec une vue magnifique sur le Cervin et une localisation au calme !
Pros:

L'emplacement et la vue sur le Cervin étaient extra. le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le spa était aussi bien agréable.

Cons:

Dans notre chambre, nous n'avons pas trouvé de prise pour connecter la bouilloire.

Wonderful place to stay in Zermatt
Pros:

Fantastic room with great views to the Matterhorn and a lovely balcony to sit and watch it. Large, comfortable room which was immaculately clean and the bathroom was excellent. Staff were brilliant - helpful and friendly both during the booking process and when we arrived, they even lent us umbrellas when we wanted to go into the town and it was raining. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice of hot and cold food.

Cons:

Nothing, it was fantastic and we would very happily stay there again.
