Summer city break
Pros:

Location good for main museums.Staff all friendly and helpful.Lovely garden to rear of hotel.Breakfast good.Room quiet and clean,though on small size. bathroom good

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Gracht. Das Hotel ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich, der Service ist gut. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Breakfast was superb and staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I was disappointed with our room.. the bed was against the wall and was very difficult to get out if you needed the bathroom in the night. I reported this and the lady in reception was very understanding and changed the room with no fuss.

Happy to come again.
Pros:

Staff exceeded expectations except a few individuals who were borderline rude. We really liked the room with canal view and location, cute garden.

Cons:

The room needed a few fixes e.g. hole in floor, shower door didn’t close properly, one bed was missing a leg and toilet seat was wrong size for toilet bowl.

Rückblicken eine Katastrophe.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir haben uns Bettwanzen eingefangen. Es ist schmutzig! Furchtbar staubig. In jeder Ecke Spinnweben. Ich ärgere mich dass ich geblieben bin! Wir hätten sofort wieder gehen sollen.

molto grazioso soggiornato nel cottege nel giardino interno.
Pros:

letto molto morbido ma confortevole, la pozizione ottimale perchè a pochi metri c'è fermata metropolitana, tram, e la piazza dei musei e dello shopping anche a piedi sono raggiungibili in 15min con una passeggiata molto semplice. è vigino al quartiee gay e a molti ristoranti italiani ed orientali.

Cons:

forse unica nota è stata la cura del giardino esterno che avremmo desiderato utilizzare ma aimè i divani e i tavoli erano poco puliti.

När jag checkade in sa de att frukost inte ingick. Jag påtalade att jag visst betalt för frukost. Jag blir så trött på att det slarvas så mycket med uppgifter! När jag frågade efter någon bra restaurang i närheten visste inte receptionisten något om det då han inte bodde i området! Jag tycker att man borde ha någon kunskap om det när man jobbar på ett hotell som inte är något budgethotell. Safeboxen var av modellen äldre, bäst före datum har passet för många decennier sedan och borde ha varit utbytt för länge sedan. Den fungerade naturligtvis inte och kunde inte åtgärdas.

Agréable séjour à Amsterdam
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé avec vue sur un canal et à une douzaine de minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous avions une chambre avec lits jumeaux et en fait c'était comme si nous avions deux chambres contigües avec une salle de bain en commun. Chaque chambre avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour le confort. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux. Tout le personnel était très aimable et prévenant. Tout etait très bien insonorisé et on n'entendait aucun bruit.
Il y avait un joli petit jardin derrière l'hôtel avec tables, fauteuils et jolies plantes. Enfin, il y avait dans le jardin un magnifique chat bengal très gentil.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

Comfortable quiet and close to everything
