8-9/10 Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back again.
Pros:

The location is excellent—you can reach almost everywhere within a 15-minute walk. There are also tram and metro stations very close by. In addition, the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Cons:

This is my second time staying at this hotel. During my first stay, I experienced an issue, but the staff were extremely helpful and resolved it quickly. I was also satisfied with my stay this time.

The only downsides were that there is construction work in front of the building, which makes the surrounding area a bit messy, and the hot water was unavailable on the first day. I think guests should be informed about this in advance. Also, the beds sag quite a bit and could be more comfortable.

Other than that, it is a wonderful hotel with a great location and very helpful staff.

Ein völliges Missverhältnis von Preis und Leistung.
Pros:

Metro in der Nähe. Die Gracht vor der Tür. Einige Menschen im Service, die wirklich sehr nett waren.

Cons:

Zum Teil unfreundliche Menschen im Service. Ein Zimmer war eine Dachkammer, die unerträglich warm wurde und einen Blick zur Straße hatte. Gebucht waren zwei Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Das Klimagerät (ein Monstrum) musste erst bewegt werden, um an eine Steckdose zu kommen. Das war vom Platz und vom Gewicht fast unmöglich. Die Handtücher wurden erst nach Aufforderung gewechselt. Das Bad nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung dunkel und etwas heruntergekommen.

Good location.Friendly staff. No Air Con ,Room very hot. Fans inadequate. No towels. Meager breakfast. No early check-in. Room Very small! Not value for $381 AUS for a night.
