Business hotel, Clean and excellent location!!! Good for short stays
Pros:

Clean room and toilet, location is excellent with tram stop two mins walking, Also lots of cafes and bars around, There is also a canal in the front so one can see the boats sailing by.

Cons:

The lighting in the room is not good and should be made more warmer and cosy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the location, cleanliness, breakfast, and overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the morning team, who were always kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Good hotel, ideal location, friendly staff.
Pros:

I had a room on the top floor overlooking the canal, even from that height I had a pleasant view. The bed was very comfortable and there was both a kettle and a coffee maker. Breakfast was good, a decent selection of food. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception.

The location is ideal, just far enough from the centre to be quiet, but still close to everything you might want to see.

Die Lage war wunderbar, der Blick auf die Gracht traumhaft, das Zimmer (2-Bett-Zimmer mit 2 kleinen Zimmern und einem gemeinsamen Bad) war toll für uns. Das Hotel hat der Kategorie entsprochen, einfach und sehr nett. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

Très agréable moment
Pros:

Le personnel de cet établissement est aux petits soins, il y avait grève des transports en communs et la dame a l’accueil a mis des affiches partout et m’a réservé mon taxi. C’était un plaisir d’être si bien entourée, merci également à Ahmed pour sa gentillesse

Przemiła obsługa, pyszne śniadanie. Hotel ma znakomitą lokalizację - blisko atrakcji turystycznych, a mimo wszystko jest cicho i można odpocząć. W okolicy jest sporo sklepów, kawiarni i restauracji.

posizione fantastica e quartiere tranquillo ma centralissimo
giardino interno

Cons:

assolutamente da migliorare le camere: sostituire moquette molto datata e arredo (divano e poltrona)

non più pensabile oggi la mancanza di aria condizionata visto che anche ad Amsterdam oggigiorno in agosto fa molto caldo

personale un po' improvvisato alla reception a parte l'eccezione di un ragazzo

E ottimo per quelli come me hanno bisogno di un alloggio ( punto di ritrovo) per riposare quel poco tempo a disposizione per farlo. Se dovessi alloggiare più giorni come una settimana non credo lo sceglierei.
