Great location BUT Tiny room ( pictures misleading) and zero customer service

Cons:

No reception, room very small, not even a coffee machine. The pictures were misleading. Paying 250 Euro for such a little room, with zero customer service is quite disappointing.

Enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent for us. We wanted to be by Zurriola Beach and Gros district but it was very easy to walk to the old town etc. The room and ensuite were nice, clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge with complimentary mini bar drinks on arrival.

Cons:

I think there should have been some sort of coffee machine in the room. There are no restaurant / bar facilities within the hotel so to get a coffee we had to leave the premises. A Nespresso machine or similar would be great, there is a fridge for milk so would have been a great plus to have one. Also, there was only one hook on the wall in the bathroom so trying towels was tricky, let alone beach towels / wetsuit etc.
