Pros:

Location is awesome, and the air conditioning is great.
Close to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Close walk over to the heart of old town.

Cons:

Room is small but was great for a long weekend. It might be challenging for a longer stay. Room was clean.

Never Again!
Pros:

The location was excellent. I knew this beforehand as I had stayed there many years before. There's nothing else to like.

Cons:

Checking in was horrendous. They told me that I needed to provide a photo of my passport through WhatsApp. I couldn't do this as my camera wasn't functioning properly on my phone. I was then told to go to Arrizul Congress to check in. I couldn't find it initially, so I went to Arrizul Beach. On top of that, A wheel was broken on my suitcase. I was very frustrated. They took five minutes or so to respond to a WhatsApp message. I told them that I'm not walking back to the other hotel with a broken wheel on my suitcase. Finally a woman showed up to let me in. You need to go to the other hotel to ask about anything. You had to go there to book a taxi. There is nobody to call or do anything when your neighbors are making a bunch of noise late in the night. The room was tiny. Never Again!

Pros:

Good size room, well organised. Free mini bar, the local bubbles were great, we found a big bottle in the supermarket next door.

Opposite the beach and do short to the old town.

La ubicación, en pleno barrio de Gros y enfrente del Kursaal.
La zona tiene mucho ambiente de pintxos.
La cama era comodísima y la limpieza era impecable.

Cons:

No tiene recepción física pero con los códigos no hay problema para el acceso.
