The location could not be better. You are truly steps away from the beach and from great restaurants, stores, and bars.
The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the wifi was not reliable, and there was no natural light in my room (which faced a tall dark alleyway), which made it very difficult to adjust to the time change. For how much the room cost, I don't think it was worth it, but perhaps that's just the rate for high season.
The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly.
There was a smell when you open the window. The room was small.

No estuvimos alojadas en el hotel Arrizul Beach, ya que por alguna circunstancia del propio hotel, nos cambiaron al Arrizul Congress de más estrellas. Toda la valoración se refiere e este último hotel.
La ubicación es muy buena. Se llega fácilmente a todos los sitios andando. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la habitación muy silenciosa.
Todo fue bien.
Location was excellent - right next to the parking (if you have a car) and most important right next to the beach. All kind of restos around, but not that noisy area like in the old town. AC was super good and helped a lot during the hot days. The room was spacious enough, very clean and easy to reach. We didn't meet the reception person, but we talked directly for room access and other details we needed and they responded right away. Overall it was a very good experience!
A strange smell in the bathroom, coming from air system, that appeared from the 2nd day. Not something to change the positive review.

The location in Gros was fantastic, just a short walk to the Old Town and the beach, with a very convenient parking garage directly across the street. The room and common areas were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size and felt modern and well maintained. Check‑in without a reception desk worked smoothly using WhatsApp and access codes, so arrival was very easy.
Noise was a major issue during our stay. The walls are very thin, so we could clearly hear other guests in the hotel at night, plus loud noise above that sounded like furniture being moved, which made it hard to fall asleep. Every morning around 8:00 the restaurant below dragged kegs through an inner courtyard, creating extremely loud noise that woke us up and made it impossible to sleep in. Normal street noise would be expected for this area, but the internal noise and the early‑morning noise from the restaurant really affected the quality of our stay.
