Enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent for us. We wanted to be by Zurriola Beach and Gros district but it was very easy to walk to the old town etc. The room and ensuite were nice, clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge with complimentary mini bar drinks on arrival.

Cons:

I think there should have been some sort of coffee machine in the room. There are no restaurant / bar facilities within the hotel so to get a coffee we had to leave the premises. A Nespresso machine or similar would be great, there is a fridge for milk so would have been a great plus to have one. Also, there was only one hook on the wall in the bathroom so trying towels was tricky, let alone beach towels / wetsuit etc.

Clean and comfortable modern hotel, excellent location, AC works
Pros:

A very easy welcome - no humans at check in, just a code, and the room and facilities are modern and immaculate. The air conditioning works! The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated the free minibar.

Cons:

The walls are pretty thin so we could hear our fellow guests at night. We would have liked to have a few more pillows, and the inner courtyard view was in fact a wall about 5 feet away 😂 but none of this ruined the trip. It’s San Sebastián in high season, such is life.

To enter you need to enter the code and system is a bit finnicky, so it was hard to open door.

Cons:

Súper ruidoso, nos tocó 1a planta y tiene una terraza justo abajo que cierra a medianoche. Taken se pen los coches pasar. Por suerte a partir de la medianoche se quedó tranquilo. Es hotel es más bien una pensión: tiene solo el primer piso de lo que parece una casa reconvertida en habitaciones. NO se puede guardar el equipaje porque NO hay recepción. Lo que me parece un insulto es que me cobraron €300 por 1 noche de jueves a viernes en septiembre cuando habitualmente vale muchísimo menos. Calidad-precio fatal.

Pros:

Fantastic location - the best beach I have ever been to is just over the road - it's a beautiful sandy beach that's not too crowded and you can watch the surfers ride the beautiful waves rolling in. It's also a short walk from the North Way, which is a wonderful pathway offering lovely views of the sea as well as green forest. There are loads of great restaurants and bars in the location. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all.

Cons:

Can't really think of anything that could improve it for the price.

-Propreté et Hygiène de l’hôtel.
-Petite attention avec des papillote de chocolat à l’arrivée.
-Produits d’hygiène de qualité.
-Rénovation de l’hôtel récente et entretenue.

Cons:

- Mauvaise isolation phonique de l’hôtel.
-Pas de machine à café ni de bouilloire
-Pas de personnels à l’accueil
-Pas de possibilité de petits déjeuners à l’hôtel
-Chambre petite et manque d’espace de rangement.
-Parking de ville à proximité de l’hôtel mais prix très élevées.

Once we were checked in, very nice stay.

Perfect location close to the beach and lovely facilities.

Check in was quite stressful having to send passport photos via what’s app as no reception.
