Great location and very clean, but significant noise issues made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
Pros:

The location in Gros was fantastic, just a short walk to the Old Town and the beach, with a very convenient parking garage directly across the street. The room and common areas were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size and felt modern and well maintained. Check‑in without a reception desk worked smoothly using WhatsApp and access codes, so arrival was very easy.

Cons:

Noise was a major issue during our stay. The walls are very thin, so we could clearly hear other guests in the hotel at night, plus loud noise above that sounded like furniture being moved, which made it hard to fall asleep. Every morning around 8:00 the restaurant below dragged kegs through an inner courtyard, creating extremely loud noise that woke us up and made it impossible to sleep in. Normal street noise would be expected for this area, but the internal noise and the early‑morning noise from the restaurant really affected the quality of our stay.

A nifty hangout in SanSe
Pros:

Brilliant location - about 100 yards from the beach, the nearest supermercado and several bistros

Cons:

The numerical access locks on front door and room doors are very fiddly; neighbours were noisy at unsocial hours

Very happy with our stay. Great location, very clean and straightforward check in process
Pros:

Location was excellent; room was clean; check-in was very simple, as was communication with staff; staff was very helpful and helped us arrange a pick-up for the airport the morning of our departure.

Cons:

Sofa was in a slightly awkward position so the space may not have been fully optimized.

man konnte die option mit kind unter 1jahr buchen aber im kleingedruckten haben wir dann herausgefunden, dass weder ein babybett noch ein wasserkocher vorhanden war… naja…

Junior Suite is nice here.
Pros:

Upgraded to Junior Suite upon arrival.
Arrived late after 11pm and was greeted by the staff in other location. However, instructions were clear and supportive. Check in was rather quite smooth.
Under our room was noisy wine/beer football bar.
Surprisingly, we almost didn’t notice anything disturbing us. Great soundproof room.
Just after the FiFa match ended, people calmly walked away. We loved the kindness of locals…

Cons:

Kettle would be helpful to have in the room.
