Abbastanza vicino al centro da poter andare a piedi… ma presente una lunga e ripida salita (o discesa) da fare ogni volta.

Cons:

struttura posta alla fine di una ripida salita a piedi. senza ascensore. letti con le molle e molto scomodi. bagno stretto e siamo stati anche senza acqua (quindi niente doccia) senza essere avvisati. colazione immangiabile solo adatta ai locali. reception aperta solo determinati orari poi non trovi nessuno. tassa di soggiorno pagata in euro senza possibilità di resto e cifra diversa da quanto richiesto sulla prenotazione tramite booking! l’hotel costeggia e si affaccia su un cimitero !!! ah altra cosa che abbiamo scoperto, eravamo già a letto .. qualcuno con la chiave entra in stanza .. quindi tutte le chiavi sono uguali … l’indomani abbiamo fatto la riprova con una stanza aperta ed effettivamente la nostra chiave apriva altre porte!!!! tavoletta del water trovata rotta e niente in bagno dove appoggiare un asciugamano o la carta igienica! da evitare

Lovely hotel and even lovelier hotel staff ✨
Pros:

The hotel staff is the biggest plus, they are so so nice and lovely, always happy to help. The rooms are also not bad, everything was clean and the beds are comfy. The location is also super great, close to everything we wanted to see and the city centre itself. The hotel has its own parking. The only thing that went wrong was WiFi, it simply didn't work on our floor, which wasn't that big of a deal for us. It worked just fine down at the breakfast area. 🌼

Cons:

WiFi wasn't working on the 3rd floor.

Çalışanlar yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı güzel ve dolu doluydu, lokasyon şehre çok yakındı.

Cons:

Yatak ve odadaki tüm mobilyalar çok eskiydi. Yatağın döşeği o kadar eskiydi ki sırtımda ızgara izi oluştu. Ortak alanda zaman geçirmek için konforlu oturma alanları oluşturulmalı.

Parking was not easy. The parking spaces nearby tended to fill up, so ended up with the most awkward spot to park. Up a hill from the city center.

Pros:

Kleines aber feines Hotel ohne Luxus das einzige an Luxus ist der 4-5 Minuten Weg in die Stadt.

Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen im Hotel sind freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück morgens hat alles was man braucht.

Es war ein angehnemer Aufenthalt im hotel und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat die heissen Tage in Sarajevo viel ertragbarer gemacht.
