Pros:

Location is great. Staff is friendly and beds are comfortable. Nice rooms.

Negative. Parts of it is run down. The shower cabin was broken and water everywhere. The breakfast was really bland. Lots of people said it was a great breakfast. If you think this breakfast is great then you never had a real hotel breakfast, that will blow you away 🌞

Right up the hill from city hall, this was the best place we could have imagined staying in Sarajevo
Pros:

The location is perfect, just up the hill from city hall, and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful we’ve met on our trip. We also liked the fact that our family got two bedrooms within our room.

Cons:

The parking spot was very difficult to get to with our big car, but we managed to get in in the end.

Nagyon jó helyen van, minden látnivalóhoz közel.

Cons:

Nem.volt.melegvíz,látszott,hogy nem fordítanak rá megfelelő figyelmet.Beázás nyomok,összetákolt berendezés.pl.van éjjeli lámpa,de nem lehet csatlakoztatni ,mert nincs dugalj.
Nagyon kicsi a mosdó,alig tudsz benne mozogni,illetve kihívás benne minden,nagyon kényelmetlen.Átutazóban voltunk,arra jó volt.

La colazione molto abbondante anche se solo salata. La posizione strategica per visitare la città. La possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto

Usciva poca acqua calda dalla doccia. Il frigorifero non funzionava bene

Pros:

Location is good, breakfast is decent, that's it

Cons:

It was dirty, especially bathroom . Linens were wet. There were two old electrical radiators in our bedroom (both rusty...I asked to remove them but the answer was it is for heating (beginning of July and 30 degrees outside, just a joke)

Good location
Pros:

Lokacija super, 5min peš do Baščaršije. Osebje prijazno, pripravljeni so pomagati in odgovoriti na vsako vprašanje o hotelu in Sarajevu

Cons:

Sobe so majhne, oprema v stranišču v slabšem stanju (tuš kabina poškodovana), TV ni delal (ampak to niti nisem pogrešal), luči ob nočni omarici ne delajo, vrata omare so okvarjene. Vseeno je bivanje ok, ampak opremo bi lahko uredili. Mogoče je pa problem le v tej sobi v kateri sem bival jaz.

El personal super amable, te ofrecen desayuno y la ubicación, cerca del centro es espectacular.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, el personal es increíblemente amable, la habitación muy cómoda. La verdad es que me gustó mucho

Cons:

Si llegas en bus tienes que subir una pendiente un poco alta así que si llevas equipaje te costará un poco de esfuerzo.
