First I could not sleep because a lot of light enter the room and unhelpful staff took off
Pros:

Nice place to stay but the staff were not nice, and the garage was free but with a lot of humidity with a broken elevator and full of mold, dangerous for your lungs. The location is a prime location to visit the Matterhorn glacier paradise plataforma view.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang!
Nach der Wanderung und Ankunft muss man sich um das Nachtessen kümmern und ist eigentlich nur zum Schlafen dort. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker!

We are a family of three and had a pleasant stay.The hotel is in a nice town down from Zermat but it has a shuttle train ro take you to centre of Zermat and that's not an issue.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Great location, near train station. Easily get food like kebab/ pizza nearby.

Cons:

Car park driveway is very narrow! Can easily hit the sides.
