Cons:

The room was very small, outdated, and poorly decorated. The furniture and overall condition of the room felt old, and there was no air conditioning.

The bed was small and uncomfortable, and the room looked very different from the photos shown online. In my opinion, the pictures did not accurately represent the reality of the accommodation.

The reception closes at 8:00 PM, which caused serious check-in difficulties for several guests. We saw guests struggling to enter the hotel and contact the staff. When they finally reached someone, they were reportedly asked to pay an additional fee for assistance. This was unreasonable and unacceptable. - The staff were not helpful

Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel did not meet the standards we expected, and in my opinion, it felt more like a one-star hotel - maybe less !!

很好的体验
Pros:

房间舒适，保暖，阳台，直面小火车。但也不是很吵，因为晚上过了11:00他们就没有火车了，所以整个观景非常好，面前还有一条川流不息的河，真的很棒，本身来说酒店的服务干净程度早餐也是非常好的，交通便利方面也很好，火车站出来走，大概两三分钟就能到了。

Pros:

Pěkné ubytování. Je možnost využít autobusu do Zermattu za zvýhodněnou cenu jako ubytovaný v hotelu; osobně jsme to nevyzkoušeli, ale možnost jsem ověril, že tam je. Hotel je umístěný na samém konci Täsche, takže docela pěkný výhled na vlakovou linku do Zermattu.

Ideal base hotel from which to easily reach Zermatt and explore the wider area
Pros:

The room was large for 3 of us and the beds comfortable. Basic other facilities but we were using the hotel as a base to explore Zermatt. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the train station but we also used the hotel taxi as transport as this was cheaper and very responsive when we needed it. Breakfast was more than adequate as self service and foods were topped up regularly.
The underground parking is a great bonus and we were able to leave our car there before the room was ready and after check out when we left.

Cons:

Some guests may not appreciate being so close to the train track - this didn’t bother us and I quite enjoyed the continual soothing noise from the glacial water coming down the river.
We chose to stay in Tasch being outside of Zermatt itself - this adds to the train/taxi fares but with a regular shuttle service really didn’t inconvenience us at all.

Pros:

Propre agréable et en plus un parking. De plus nous avons pu laisser notre voiture pour toute la journee de randonnée alors que nous renduons la chambre le matin vraiment géniale. Propre bon petit dej au top.

Optimal für einen Ausflug nach Zermatt
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in Zermatt braucht. Es liegt optimal am Bahnhof in Täsch, wo der Zug regelmässig nach Zermatt fährt. Das Auto kann kostenlos in der Garage parkiert werden (ein wenig eng, aber machbar). Ein Late-Checkin wurde problemlos organisiert. Das Hotel überzeugt mit sehr gutem Frühstück und sehr sauberen Zimmern. Wir würden immer wieder herkommen.
