Pros:

Atendeu nossas expectativas! Funcionárias falavam portugês o que facilitou nosso check-in, além de serem muito atenciosas e educadas assim como os demais funcionários. Nos deram dicas e nos tiraram várias dúvidas. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto impecavel, confortável sem contar a vista maravilhosa que tivemos. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gutes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaffee, Kommunikation war bestens.

Cons:

Wir haben damit gerechnet, dass das Zimmer nicht gerade gemütlich war.

Pros:

Good sized room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, which included English breakfast.
Big underground secure car park.

Cons:

TV across hotel losing signal in the evening when everybody was tuning in. Hotel trying to restore service by end of September 2026. A bit noisy from trains passing hotel at night. No kettles or tea and coffee in rooms.

Pros:

スタッフさんが優しく、丁寧に対応してくださる。朝ごはんもおいしく、駅にも近くてとても快適だった。
そしてなにより、氷河急行に乗るため、朝食時間より早くホテルを出発しなくてはならないことに対して、持っていけるサンドイッチなどを用意してくださったのが、とてもありがたかった。

Cons:

部屋の洗面所のドアがきちんと閉まらず鍵もかけられないため、ゴミ箱などで抑える必要があった。
