Great location for a short stay in Chepstow
Pros:

The hotel is right in the centre of Chepstow, and only a short walk to various pubs, restaurants, and the beautiful river Wye.

The room was clean, tidy and ideal for my short stay

Cons:

The room was quite warm, so some air conditioning would be a good improvement if possible

Pros:

Receptionist was very friend, even upgraded me from a single room to a double.

Cons:

I only had the room, no food or drink. But there weren't enough plug sockets in the room.

Elvis at the Castle
Pros:

Lovely location, fantastic bar, and Sunday lunch was fab. Breakfast also really good hot and freshly cooke rare thing these days. All in all, it was a very pleasant surprise, and despite the tumultuous weather, we enjoyed this much needed overnight break

even considering going back for Sunday lunch.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Room a little dated, windows need cleaning, staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious

There was nothing I didn’t like apart from the noise of the birds outside but that is obviously out of their control
