Perfect location for a short stay in Chepstow.
Pros:

Location close to the town.
Good size rooms, very clean

Pros:

Location was amazing and staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean.

Slightly run down, with lukewarm water in the shower. Simple improvements in the room would make a world of a difference.

Short stay in Chepstow
Pros:

Excellent location in the centre of Chepstow.

Cons:

The room was somewhat tired looking but a good size. The shower temperature control was broken which we have reported. There was no fresh fruit available for breakfast.

Great Staff
Pros:

The guy on the front desk Gareth was incredibly helpful. I'd stayed here 4yrs ago and gave it a good review, but apart from the staff, and the location it's gone a bit downhill. I used the bar in the evening and again the staff were pleasant and there was a good local clientele.

Cons:

The room was incredibly small and basic, the shower head would only face the wall! The coffee mug was dirty. The television was pixelated so I couldn't watch it, and last time breakfast was included in the price, but not this time 😕
