Enjoyable stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location. Hotel was basic but clean, friendly and welcoming and you get what you pay for. I loved the 24 hr reception making it feel safe . Others mentioned no air conditioning but a fan was provided and work well in this recent heat wave. The was comfy with separate duvets for a double bed which was appreciated in the heat. For the price paid I was happy and would return

Pros:

Простора гарна кімната (велике двуспальне ліжко), тераса, терасні меблі,кава, кавоварка в номері,вода та вершки до кави. Бронювали номер без кондиціонера,але на рецепції нам зробили безкоштовний апгрейт і в номері був кондиціонер. Дуже привітний і уважний персонал.
Готель розташований у пішій близькості до головного залізничного вокзалу, в 5 хв ходьби до церкви St. Paul та в 15-20 хв пішки до Marienplatz.

Cons:

WI-Fi майже не працював, у ванній кімнаті було прибрано нашвидкоруч ( чисто,але де-не-де було волосся).
Місце розташування було зручним, але в цьому р-ні ввечері дуже багато представників близько-східних культур, людей напідпитку, стрип-клуби, шиша бари,казино, на вулиці відчували себе не в повній безпеці.

Price/Performance Hotel - Recommended
Pros:

Kind of close to the center, like 10-15 min walk from the Marienplatz and 7-8 min to the main train station. There are shops and restaurants around from different traditions. The hotel is a price/performance one. They offer free water and replace it every day. The cleaning service is good. The reception staff are very quick in action and helpful. The shower works well.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the room. We didn’t need it but you should know about it. The location of the hotel is on a lively street with restaurants and shops, which can be regarded by someone as “insecure at night time”, but I find these comments exaggerated. They don’t provide any sleepers, so bring yours. We found hair on the cover of the bed and they immediately changed it. We didn’t have breakfast because it was more expensive than we expected. There is a bakery next to the hotel which is half of the price. The room is a bit small for a family of 3, but will be spacious enough if you are just 2 people.

Man muss die Infos im Lift lesen, ansonsten werden die Zimmer nicht gemacht. Man wird nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Aber auch am Tag danach, als wir das " Bitte Zimmer machen" raushängten, wurde nichts gemacht. Als Längerbleibender wird man "bestraft". Und das bei extrem stark erhöhten Wochenendpreisen (3 Nächte ohne Frühstück 510€).

Kurzaufenthalt in München City - die Stadt hat viele Reize - für Kurzaufenthalt ok.
Pros:

haben nicht gefrühstückt. -weil früh raus - Personal sehr zuvorkommend - ansonsten Zimmer nach vorn raus ohne Klima - mit offenem Fenster in sehr belebter Straße nicht wirlklich gut geschlafen

Hotel céntrico con buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Está en la zona de la estación central y es un barrio multicultural pero nada peligroso. Tienes todos los metros, autobuses y taxis muy cerca. El centro turístico de la ciudad a 12-15 minutos reales a pie. Todo tipo de servicios alrededor. Las habitaciones y el desayuno están muy bien. Niveles del limpieza muy buenos.

Cons:

Baño muy pequeño (tipo Ibis pero de mejor calidad). Una persona de recepción tiene un inglés mejorable y entendimos que nos cobraban 10 euros por dejar las maletas en una taquilla (2 taquillas 20 euros). Lo cierto es que es una fianza y luego te devuelven el dinero. El hotel está muy bien y teniendo en cuenta los precios de la ciudad y su ubicación tocando al centro, la relación calidad precio es muy buena
