Pros:

Sehr sauberes und optisch modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück , sehr freundliches Personal, Parkplatz konnte vor Ort dazu gebucht werden.
Ca 500 m zum Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Ich hatte insgesamt 3 Zimmer gebucht, ein Zimmer war mit Klima, in 2 Zimmern stand ein Ventilator.....der eher günstigsten Klasse
Bei 35′ C Außentemperatur war es in diesen Zimmern dann doch zu warm, der Ventilator hat auch nicht geholfen.
Trotzdem würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen, da Preis Leistung passen.

Schöner Urlaub, viele Unternehmungen, Touristisch und Kulturell sehr tolle Stadt!

Sehr zentral gelegen! Alles gut zu Fuß somit erreichbar.
DemosCity … Servicepersonal, Reinigungspersonal und Portier, alle sehr nett und 24/7 da! Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, es wurde immer wieder frisch nachgelegt und frisches Gebäck und Obst gebracht!

Cons:

Kosmetikspiegel an den Fliesen fest, für kleinere Personen nicht zu nutzen!☹️
Straßenseitige Zimmer konnten in der Nacht nicht wirklich gelüftet werden, da der Geräuschpegel durch Gastronomie und Bar‘s sehr laut war!
Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
Klima nicht vorhanden, in der Winter-,Frühlings-oder Herbstsaison kein Problem 😌, da ja auch keine in der Anzeige angegeben ist. Im Sommer, denk ich, brauch man bestimmt eine!

Sehr dreckiges Zimmer, Pluspunkte für Lage und Personal
Pros:

Gute Lage in Innenstadtnähe, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, freundliches Personal, Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort bei Verfügbarkeit (19€ pro Nacht)

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr dreckig. Alle Oberflächen waren extrem verstaubt inkl. der Kaffeemaschine. Auf dem Nachtkästchen waren noch Abdrücke von abgestellten Gläsern und im Bad noch Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Nicht sehr einladend…
Außerdem war die Duschstange defekt, sodass man den Duschkopf selbst mit der Hand halten musste.
Es war auch stickig im Fenster, aber lüften war leider nicht wirklich möglich, da das ausgeklappte 3. Bett vor dem Fenster stand, sodass man die Tür nicht öffnen konnte.
