A little bit different in a nice way
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying in the old part of town which is very walkable and full of little bars and restaurants and boutiques. Close to excellent public transport, bridges, river and museum. The room layout was creative and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Having read other reviews that mentioned noise from outdoor restaurants in the square outside, we requested a room with courtyard windows, but unfortunately due to building work in the next door property this was neither light nor free from annoyance.

Great position with excellent staff
Pros:

Room no 14 was newly refurbished and air conditioned which was great as who expected 32 degrees in Zurich in May. The staff from checkin to checkout at midday were wonderful . They were helpful without being annoying and seemed very proud of their spotless hotel.

A equipe é muito simpática. A localização do hotel é ótima, perto de vários pontos turísticos. Deixam agua de coco e suco no frigobar e a cama é boa. A minha avaliação é muito bom para um hotel boutique.

Cons:

café da manha poderia ter algumas frutas, o quarto é um pouco apertado mas funcionou. Sabia que era um hotel boutique e nao poderia esperar o padrao de um hotel 5 estrelas.

Good hotel
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and helpful.The room was large and comfortable and shower was adequate.

Cons:

The breakfast is not worth it . Our experience was frozen croissants .The bread was stale and there was no one there to monitor or assess the food. The receptionist tried to help out and she was great however staff need to be available and the food available. The hotel is great but if you want breakfast go elsewhere.great hotel poor breakfast.I would definitely recommend the hotel but not the breakfast.

Cons:

El registro del hotel. Si uno elige hotel es porque deberías poder llegar a cualquier hora y dejar el equipaje consignado hasta que te entreguen la habitación. Igual es con la salida.
En los departamentos que uno alquila no sabes que hacer con el equipaje y por eso yo elijo hotel en vez de departamento y pago un poco mas por esa facilidad. En este hotel no fue así.
