Pros:

Good location, easy access to subway. Clean.

Cons:

Paying a premium for location, but expensive for what it was. Supposedly soundproof but was noisey. If your room is near the stairs, ask to be moved.

De todas as viagens que fiz ao exterior, nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não funciona, se vc for na primavera ou verão, vai fritar no quarto. Quando questionamos o ar condicionado, a recepcionista nos disse que sempre orienta aos hóspedes a não ficarem no quarto a tarde pq é muito quente, mas nem a noite é fresco. Na primeira noite só conseguimos dormir às 02:00 da manhã. Quando reclamamos novamente, nos emprestaram um ventilador. Não tem serviço de limpeza, só limpam os quartos quando vc faz o check-out, e ainda por cima pedem que o hóspede recolha o lixo e coloque em um reservatório no corredor. Não disponibilizam toalhas de rosto, somente de banho. Camas desconfortáveis, a disposição das camas no quarto é a pior possível, a cama de casal encostada na parede e vc só consegue sair passando por cima da pessoa que está ao seu lado. O quarto que fiquei parecia um quarto de hospital.

Ho recomano molt per pasar uns pocs dies a amsterdam.
Pros:

Estava situat a una zona molt agradable de amsterdam, a 30 minuts caminant del centre i amb una parada de metro i tram devant del hotel. La habitació es perfecte si t’allotjes uns pocs dies. Estava tot molt net. El barri estava ple de cafeteries, restaurants i tendes.

Cons:

Faltaria algun endoll més, al costat del llit nomes hi havia 1, i en tota la habitació només 2. Faltaria algun armari per poder guardar la roba.

Great location, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and only a short walk from main city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The lift was not working on arrival which we were not told about prior to arrival. The windows in our room did not open which is fine however, the air con did not work in the room. It was insufferably hot and uncomfortable due to the weather being warm outside, we had to prop open the door when in the room to help regulate the temperature.
