Lokalizacja. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Codzienne sprzątanie.

Hotel jest przestarzały i niestety brudny, pościel była zabrudzona. Prysznic tylko z górną słuchawką.

La propreté... la douche dont le rideau était bien moisi et tâché sans parler qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et le jet de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le mur de la douche moisi aussi. Et le bac de douche était fissuré.
Les lits tâchés et pas qu'un peu et pas confortable à cause des lattes qui se déplaçaient.
Il y avait des tâches sur les murs également ainsi que des insectes écrasé. Quand j'ai désinfecté les poignées c'était noir ( alors que j'avais fait qu'un côté ). Il y avait aussi un gros insectes mort sur le sol. La poubelle dans la chambre vidé mais celle de la salle de bain non. Le volet de la fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas en entier ( ça passe encore ) mais le rideau rouge épais sentais mauvais et était également taché. La clim au démarrage sentais mauvais la poussière. En gros, RIEN de positif mis à part le prix.

El de recepción del hotel muy agradable ,nos ayudo en todo momento , nos guardo la maleta el día de la salida ,ya que nos fuimos a comer .
El hotel es normalito pero cabe destacar que lo encontramos súper limpio , con todo lo necesario.
La.ubicacion es estupenda, a pocos metros está la parada del bus , con acceso a todos lados .
Restaurante y supermercado a 5 minutos.
Calidad y precio de la mano.
Recomendable.

Pros:

Быстрое заселение, легко добраться в любую часть города . Если вы не первый раз в Мадриде и вам не нужен самый центр - то это хороший вариант.
Прекрасное соотношение цена - качество.
Мы ранее останавливалась в соседним отеле - здесь номер с аналогичной мебелью плюс кухня.

Номер соответствовал ожиданиям, цена/качество. Удобное местоположение, рядом ж/д вокзал. Мы были одну ночь. Дополнительно в гостинице оплатили туристический сбор а также парковку. Цена парковки за ночь 10€.
