Unfreundliches und prozessorientiertes Personal ohne Kundeninteresse

Tolle Lage, gute Zimmerausstattung

Cons:

Personal agiert nicht Service orientiert, der Kunde wird prozessiert. Mängel werden trotz Aufforderung nicht abgestellt. Keine Begrüßung weder von selbst noch als Gegenreaktion.
Frei im Restaurant/ Frühstücksbereich herumlaufende Hunde die an Tischen schnüffelten wurden akzeptiert, noch nicht einmal auf Hinweis wurde gehandelt

Great weekend destination
Pros:

The spa, pools, and saunas were amazing, and the beach area and sea were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable. We also appreciated the kids’ club, which was available twice a week. The bar was good as well. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and loved the facilities and location.
Parking was accessible.

Wunderbares und großzügiges Hotel direkt am Meer mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Der Stil des Hotels und die Lage sind wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren auch mit unserem Superior DZ sehr zufrieden. Der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist ein Highlight.

Cons:

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Das Personal ist nicht besonders aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück schauen sie weg und gehen einem gern aus dem Weg. Schade.
