Infinity pool on the roof is very nice, excelent view. Very nice spa area and a lot of treatments. Very ggod location close to Sopot center but a bit away from the strict center. Also, a walking distance from Ergo Arena in Gdańsk, where concerts and events are held.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room was OK but not perfect. Also, we tried to extend the stay. Reception was not co-operative and I think it was because it required some rescheduling work, which they did not want to do. And yes, same rooms were available on booking and other sites, so it was not lack of inventory.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Very nice and cozy spa with saunas and outside jacuzzi. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Location is great, around 15min walk to the center, but much more quite on the beach.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working which was a burden. It was not written anywhere that the rooftop pool works only during weekends.

Nichts besonderes

Cons:

Für 1000 Złoty pro Nacht außerhalb der Saison könnte man einen Standard erwarten, der dem Preis entspricht.

*ABER* – angeblich gibt es Speisen und Getränke, allerdings nur einfache Sachen wie Burger, Salate, Suppen aus der Tüte, Wein, Bier und Softdrinks. Diese sollten von 22:00 bis 7:00 Uhr serviert werden. Ich habe angerufen, um mit einem Aufschlag von 7,5 % für den Nachtdienst zu bestellen – und bekam ein „Nein, weil nein“ zu hören.

Vor Ort kommen weitere Unannehmlichkeiten hinzu:
- Seit 3 Tagen funktioniert nur ein Aufzug.
- Die Poolbar auf dem Dach ist angeblich geöffnet, aber niemand weiß etwas und niemand bedient dort.
- Die Gäste laufen überall im Bademantel herum, sogar im Restaurant, weil es keinerlei Hinweise oder Regeln gibt.

Ich bin oft in der Dreistadt, aber dieses Hotel werde ich ganz sicher nicht mehr wählen. Ich werde es auch meinen Investoren abraten. Ich bedauere nur eines – dass das Sheraton an unserem Termin leider ausgebucht war.

Marriott – nein, danke.
