Vismaya Suvarnabhumi provides a chargeable airport transfer to and from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Guests who wish to use the service must provide flight details to the hotel directly during reservation. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking. Guests will be picked up by a staff member who will be holding a sign with guest's names or hotel name, waiting between Gate No. 3-4, which are located on the second floor of the arrivals hall, near the information counter.

À mon arrivée dans ma chambre il y avait une assiette avec un repas oublié sur une étagère. La chambre n’était pas propre, les robinets de la baignoire étaient abîmés

Le bruit de notre climatiseur dans notre chambre cela ne doit pas être dans toutes les chambres mais la nôtre était bruyante !!un petit rafraîchissement serait bienvenu…hotel de 1998 ….mais dans l’ensemble c’est correct ( je ne suis pas difficile il faut dire !)
