Pros:

We loved the bed for a start. For such a budget friendly accomodation the bed exceded our expectations tenfold. It was so big, atleast king size, and top three for the most comfy we've slept in thailand so far. The other standout was the huge TV. its the best TV weve had in a room so far, you can add and watch your netflix, youtube, whatever as its a smart tv, and watching right from the huge bed was so comfy and homely after long days spent exploring kata and karon. The staff were very kind and helpful people, couldnt ask for better service from them. There is a huge industrial style kitchen to use to prepare your own meals, we did not use it so cant speak for its funcionality but looked very good to me. Great value for money.

Cons:

we didnt love the bathroom set up, with the strange sliding roor that was very hard to open and close, and the handbasin for washing your hands inside the shower area instead of the toilet section. This meant after using the shower, if you need to wash your hands at any point, you get wet feet from the shower water. seemed like a big design flaw, and was pretty annoying. This was the only negative.

Really bad, won’t go there even if someone made me

Location and the staff was nice

Cons:

It was really dirty, smelly. The room smelled like feet and wasnt cleaned properly. Would not go there again for sure. The price is low, but not worth it at all.
Also:
-had a window, but it opened in the corridor (it didn’t close all the way too:))
-had a sliding door between the bath or the toilet, but never both at the same time
-had a hole in the ceiling that looked in the room upstairs
-the room wasn’t renovated maybe in the last 20 years

Good value for luxurious spacious rooms
Pros:

Huge room with mini fridge, strong AC, Japanese toilet, electronic drying rack and clean spacious shower with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kettle and blow dryer in the room. Water and instant coffee are provided in the rooms every day. Convenient and free beach towel service. The bed and tv were huge.

I enjoyed the location because I can walk to the beach (or take the hotel shuttle). The night market and plenty of 7-11s are very walkable. I also enjoyed the quietness of staying in Kata/karon while also being close enough to go to patong for night life (20min drive and ~80baht by motorbike/~200baht by taxi).

Excellent value for the money and very clean.Was also able to meet others while traveling solo at the picnic table right outside the hotel but overall the hotel is quiet/doesn't have an extremely social atmosphere where you meet a lot of the other guests.

Cons:

The balcony is quite small so I wouldn't have minded if I didn't have one.

Good location, excellent options to eat close by with shuttle bus provided to beach. Very hospitable.
