Moderne, saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal, direkt an der Drau und dem Stadtzentrum gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den Hausberg. Geräumiges Zimmer mit luxuriösem Bad, einschließlich freistehender Wanne. Parkmöglichkeit in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage. Insgesamt ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Don't stay here. Dirty, smelly and noisy.

On checking in we werent given instructions on how to access the room - keycard did not operate as per every other hotel we have stayed in. There was a disgusting sewerage smell in the bathroom - so bad that we couldnt use the room at times. Could hear everything from nearby rooms - they may as well have joined us in our room, it was so loud. Carpet in room was old, dirty and smelly. Chunks out of the paintwork in hotel room. Glasses/cups were not washed when room 'cleaned'. Staff at breakfast dressed in dirty, unironed blouses. Dust and dirt on ledges in dining area.

The breakfast is excellent.

Cons:

We booked a 2bedroom suite which was probably not frequently booked. All the rooms were great except for the bathroom which seemed a bit moldy due to unuse.
