Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage im Zentrum, Tiefgarage , ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen, im 5.Stock tolle Restaurantterrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört das leiseste Räuspern des Nachbarn, vom TV und Geräuschen in den Sanitäranlagen ganz zu schweigen! In unserem WC schlug uns ständig ein intensiver Gestank entgegen, der sich auch durch häufiges Spülen und Laufenlassen der Lüftung nicht beheben ließ. Und wenn man Pech hat und im 4.Stock direkt unter dem Restaurant bzw.
dessen Terrasse nächtigt, hört man den Beat der ( zugegebenermaßen guten-, aber das ist persönliche Geschmackssache ) etwas zu lauten Musik. Und man hat Schwierigkeiten, ins Zimmer zu gelangen, weil die Schlüsselkarte nicht immer funktioniert.

Pros:

Ta hotel je presegel moja pričakovanja - soba: super ležišče, dobra zatesnitev oken, ki ne prepuščajo hrupa z ulice, čistoča. Bogat zajtrk in čudovita lokacija, pogled na Dravo. Predvsem pa prijaznost osebja na recepciji - pri odhodu sem nekaj pozabila, a so našli in bodo poslali po pošti. Super izkušnja. Priporočam!

The hotel was beautiful with excellent location by the river. Room was spacious enough for 2 people with a lot of storage space. Breakfast had nice different options. The receptionists were helpful and very quick in dealing with inquiries.

Großes Zimmer , schöne Terrasse, zentral gelegen , Tiefgarage

Cons:

Sehr dunkles Stiegenhaus , man muss richtig aufpassen!
Teilweise Staub im Zimmer auch Vorhang war 😢 kapputt. Dachterrasse Bar sehr teuer bei Getränken!

Schönes, modernes City Hotel in Maribor
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt zwischen Drau und Innenstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, bei gutem Wetter auch auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Super modernes Zimmer und tolles, modernes Bad. Man merkt überall, dass das Hotel noch sehr neu ist. Sehr nettes Personal und auch ein direkter Zugang zur Tiefgarage. Top!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, das war bei geöffneten Fenster etwas laut. Und die Bar hatte leider Feiertags und Sonntags geschlossen. Was schade ist, denn die Terrasse der Bar ist wunderschön. Das ist aber generell jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Äußerst unangenehmer penetranter Geruch von Raumspray (?), fleckige dunkle Teppiche, Abzug im WC funktionierte nicht, defekte Möbelteile, umständliche Wege innerhalb des Hauses (3 verschiedene Lifte von der Garage zum Zimmer)
