Good friendly budget hotel convenient for our needs

Absolutely awful night sleep
Pros:

The size of the beds and that they were comfortable

The noise from both nights with shouting, arguing, banging doors. This was on both nights and inside and outside the hotel.

Very short stay, no complaints
Pros:

Stopped over very quickly for the night, so not much to report, but it was clean and quiet. Exactly what we needed and decent value.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, and unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. We found insects crawling on the blankets, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the room.

After our stay, I developed a severe itchy rash and spots all over my body. I am now concerned that this may be related to the condition of the bedding or room. I am seeking medical advice to determine the cause.

This experience has been extremely distressing, and I believe the hotel needs to take this matter seriously and investigate the cleanliness of the room and bedding. I would also expect the hotel to respond appropriately to this complaint.

Friendly apologetic staff member.

Cons:

The room was of a poor standard, dirty walls, skirting boards, stained curtains and carpet. The bathroom floor was stained with urine around the toilet and the shower cubicle had mold around it.
The towels were dirty so I had to call reception and ask for clean ones. The bed was coming apart so dipped in the middle.
I have never experienced anything as bad as this room in all the years I have been travelling. Paid £62 so it wasn't the cheapest we've stayed in.

Home time

Cons:

Pills found on the floor, fag burns in the carpet pubic hair in the sink and it felt more like a youth hostel. Also they should make sure there staff can speak fluent English and not bad broken English. Really need some work.
