На вечер была действительно вкусная кухня особенно стейк который порадовал.

Мы бронировали Park Hotel Elefante в Вероне, и одним из главных факторов при выборе отеля было наличие бассейна. Однако уже после приезда выяснилось, что бассейн не работает, хотя при бронировании мы рассчитывали пользоваться этой услугой.

Кроме того, в номере были проблемы с горячей водой: вода практически не нагревалась, была еле тёплой, а временами шла совсем холодная. Это создавало серьёзный дискомфорт во время проживания.

Также остались крайне недовольны завтраком. Ассортимент был очень маленьким, еда в основном холодная и безвкусная, бекон был сухой и сильно пережаренный. Качество завтрака оказалось настолько низким, что в итоге нам пришлось идти завтракать в другое место, несмотря на то, что завтрак был включён в стоимость проживания.

В результате сразу несколько заявленных и оплаченных условий проживания не соответствовали нашим ожиданиям: бассейн был недоступен, горячая вода работала ненормально, а завтраком фактически невозможно было воспользоваться.

Dans l'ensemble, Je conseillerais cet hôtel.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très sympa... à la campagne et proche de Vérone . Par ces grandes Chaleurs, la piscine était la bienvenue. L'hôtel est climatisé et c'est un gros plus. Vraiment le personnel est très serviable et très sympa. C'est toujours agréable d'être accueilli avec le sourire.

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié... sauf peut-être le petit déjeuner qui est un peu en dessous.

Es war in Ordnung, nicht mehr und nicht weniger

Der pool war angenehm, die lage war in ordnung, dass man überall mit dem auto hinkam.

Cons:

Badezimmer, die dusche lief nicht richtig und der Toiletten Deckel war defekt.
