Pros:

Labai patiko autentiškas itališkas interjeras, jauki atmosfera bei nuostabus vaizdas pro langą. Taip pat likome labai patenkinti skaniais ir gausiais pusryčiais. Tikrai rekomenduojame ir mielai sugrįžtume dar kartą!

Pros:

Het hotel lag op een super locatie, dichtbij Verona, maar weg van de drukte. Het is een schattig, oud hotel met houten huisjes als hotelkamers. Personeel was vriendelijk en kamers erg schoon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen, ik weet niet of het vers was.

Pros:

Bellissimo e molto grande il parco, con una bella piscina. Personale gentile.

Cons:

Hotel molto datato e lasciato un po' andare. Muri scrostati, da imbiancare. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.
Abbiamo pagato due camere uguali, stessa cifra ma le camere che ci hanno assegnato erano molto differenti. Una era una camera normale, piccola e l'altra un'intera dependance. Non lo trovo giusto visto che entrambe le coppie hanno pagato la stessa cifra.

Poco fuori Verona immerso nella tranquillità
Pros:

Colazione giusta....cioè ne troppo ne poco, però con tutto l'essenziale per fare una buona colazione. A me è piaciuta sia il dolce che il salato, spazia dalla frutta fresca e frutta secca alla pasticceria e dolci, yogurt e altre leccornie dolci

Cons:

Da migliorare l'arredo nelle camere forse un pò troppo datato ma comunque efficiente e confortevole.

La piscine, la propreté de la chambre, la proximité de Vérone...très chouette!

Les extérieurs des hébergements paraissent un peu vétustes mais les intérieurs sont impeccables

Great hosts meeting your needs in a somewhat challenging building and environment
Pros:

The greatest asset of this property is its staff. Welcoming, friendly, helpful and engaging. Always trying to ensure they can meet your needs if possible. Water pressure in the shower was great and cleanliness was maintained everywhere - even though it did not often seem apparent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel is in need of renovation and facilities are tired, if not broken. eg. the toilet seat was cracked on top and slipped several times; the toilet holder also fell off and I pushed back in. The noise of the road is a major intrusion and one that is difficult to change even if the gardens are worked on.

Very comfortable with amazing staff
Pros:

Hotel Elefante is quant and secluded. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We checked in late and spent the day by the pool.

Cons:

Sono stata allocata in una sorta di bungalow umidissimo, freddo. Mi è stato detto che non era possibile riscaldare perchè "fuori stagione" e che avrei potuto riscaldare attraverso uno split che però non funzionava perchè, di fatto, emetteva un soffio leggerissimo di aria nemmeno calda. Risultato: ho dormito indossando una giacca a vento ma anche con questa precauzione non ho potuto evitare di ammalarmi.
Dopo aver fatto presente la situazione allo staff dopo la prima notte, mi è stato ripetuto che avevo a disposizione lo split e che non era possibile riscaldare la stanza in altro modo. Il tono della risposta non è stato per nulla gentile. La seconda notte è stata uguale alla prima.
Esperienza terribile!

piscina non usufruita causa temperatura esterna, per cui non sono loro responsabili.. che dire dell'albergo.. beh staff gentilissimo, colazione di qualità insomma ....il resto tutto anni 60......il bagno si belino.....dai una notte ci può stare ma per periodi lunghi decisamente non potrei consigliarlo...Il personale sta facendo il possibile ma il resto è quello ...

tutto è un poco cosi ....diciamo. Dai.....dato che sono persone gentilissime spero che riescano a rimodernare il tutto
