Ótimos apartamentos; ótimo atendimento pelos(as) funcionários(as); fácil acesso; ótima alimentação e conforme a minha profissão (Técnico em Vigilância Sanitária há 22 anos em Área de Alimentos, saúde e Saúde do Trabalhador), o Quality Hotel Vitória destaca-se de forma especial nos quesitos relacionados à Segurança Alimentar e aos cuidados de higiene e Boas Práticas em Manipulação e preparo de Alimentos; higiene nas estruturas do Hotel; dentre outros diversos aspectos importantes no ramo de hotelaria. A experiência que realizamos no Hotel superou as nossas expectativas, incluindo os hotéis quais nós já nos hospedamos várias cidades turísticas. Em próximas viagens à Cidade de Vitória, daremos também preferência a este Hotel, o qual está entre os melhores hotéis que pudemos conhecer na Cidade. Muita agradável, funcionários muito educados, café da manhã bom também.
Pros:

Gostei demais do atendimento e do café da manhã. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante a estadia. A localização, muito próxima ao aeroporto, foi excelente e bastante conveniente, especialmente para quem precisa viajar. O hotel também oferece uma estrutura confortável e agradável, tornando a experiência bastante positiva.

Cons:

O serviço de transfer gratuito do hotel para o aeroporto havia sido divulgado no momento da reserva. No entanto, o serviço não foi realizado devido a problemas internos com a empresa prestadora. Essa informação também não foi comunicada previamente pelo hotel, tendo sido apresentada somente quando questionei sobre o serviço, 24 horas antes do checkout.

Pelo valor pago achei caro e depois havia uma festa privada no espaço mais bonito e não era comunicado na recepção !

Cons:

Quando cheguei no meu quarto havia na porta do lado de fora um prato sujo , achei estranho e liguei para a recepção para avisar o que não teve muito sucesso
