Great value no frills hotel with fabulous staff and great location.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Decent breakfast. Fantastic location. Lovely staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Windows were very dirty so ruined the view we paid for. Our window let in rain. Noise from other rooms and hallways loud. Shower static, hand held option would be nice.

Comfortable stay right next to the sea
Pros:

Excellent location along the seafront very close to the odor and a short walk to Restaurants.
Friendly staff.

Great find!
Pros:

Great location, right on the seafront, walking distance to shops and pier. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was a good size with a decent sea view. Having a full length mirror always a bonus!

Cons:

Windows were very dirty but didn't spoil our view. Hotel overall a little dated could do with a few touch ups.

Happy with our stay
Pros:

Great price, Amazing see view, chap on front desk was very helpful and polite

Cons:

No railing on balcony so door wouldn't open, only small window on top of door for ventilation very hot, fan in the room but on the way out so not much use, no shelfs in shower for toiletries

Breakfast was ok set up for the daybut could have been better, hards fried eggs and very cheap sausage

My short stay (two days) was very good, better than I expected. The hotel is well situated for

Room was well situated at the front of the hotel looking over the beach and sea.
I was expecting a basic hotel for the price but was very pleasantly surprised by the high standards throughout. Well decorated and nicely furnished throughout. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Understandably the doors leading onto the sea facing balcony in my room were sealed for safety reasons as there was a low balcony wall.
Breakfast seemed a little disorganised with limited and differing selection of choices over the two days.
The bar wasn't open.

Will Happily Return
Pros:

Location great..only a short walk to the town centre with lots shops and right opposite the seafront.Found a parkibg space easily and staff explained that buying a permit for 2.50 was available.Spacious room.Breakfast plentiful .staff happily obliged when we asked for toast asvit wasnt readily available.

Cons:

Front of hotel is tired and needs attention. My partner complained of the sausage colour (grey) but as we had the free breakfast we cant really complain as plenty of other things to eat along with cereals.
