Great location, reasonably priced, nice staff

Cons:

A few small faults in room not nothing that spoilt stay informed staff dealt with problems where possible

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, easy to park even at peak times. Clean. It is basic, so too is the breakfast buffet but for the price I don't think you can really complain.

Cons:

Nothing really for the price.

Bon emplacement, bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

- Chambre spacieuse, grand lit double nous avons eu une vue de côté de la mer
- Petit déjeuner correcte
- Hotel proche de la mer

Cons:

La chambre est un peu vieillotte (douche avec rideau, petit ventilateur seulement, pas de décoration) mais nous avons très bien dormi quand même.

Het is een mooi oud hotel maar het interieur heeft een update nodig.

De ligging is fijn aan de kust. Verder valt het tegen.
Pros:

De ligging, de receptioniste, parkeerkaart.

Cons:

Vergane glorie.
Meubels hebben update nodig, veel trappetjes en deuren om bij de kamer te komen, raam al jaren niet gereinigd, slecht werkende gordijnen en kamer smoezelig. Wand van het bad ligt los. Klokslag negen uur wordt al het ontbijt in sneltreinvaart afgeruimd. Bij ontbijt alleen oploskoffie.

My husband and I wanted overnight stay with breakfast. It was perfect and good value for money. The bed was comfortable

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

De locatie

Cons:

Geen zeep aanwezig, handdoeken met gaten, slechte verduistering, slechte matrassen, simpel ontbijt, balkon ontoegankelijk wegens geen balustrade, dus kon het raam ook niet open

Trip to Eastbourne
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location near the seafront. It was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Breakfast - poor quality and not much choice really. Has to ask for toast and was given one cup of very cheap coffee.

The bed - we could feel the springs, it was very uncomfortable

Great location, price but breakfast let it down.
Pros:

Location, handy for everything and parking was good as you get a cheap 24hr pass in zone H

Cons:

The breakfast was awful, we have stayed here many times before and the breakfast has been excellent. However this time it was not up to standard unfortunately. The cooked breakfast was swimming in fat, the sausages tasted awful and no pastries either. Very disappointing and let the overall score down
