The room appears to have a serious bedbug problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

Room cleanliness: extremely poor — possible bedbug infestation.

During the night I was bitten all over my body and woke up covered in painful, itchy welts. This was a terrible experience and absolutely unacceptable for any hotel room.

I am writing this to warn other guests: please be very careful before booking or staying here. A room should be clean, safe, and hygienic — this was the opposite.

Exactly what I wanted. Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro pero en una calle muy tranquila. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda y el desayuno excepcional. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.

Clean, friendly staff, 2 mins from tram and museums!
Pros:

The bathroom was nicely updated and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I do think the price for a single room for one night was a little expensive.

Great location and friendly, attentive staff.
Pros:

Awesome location with great staff. Having stroopwaffel on the bed was also a nice touch. Having an elevator in the building and letting us store luggage before and after checkout was also really nice.

Cons:

There were a few things that could have been better about the room, especially considering the price. The biggest issue we had was that the p trap connected to the sink needed to be cleaned because it smelled really bad. Also the room had no refrigerator.

Pros:

Great hotel, the location is absolutely perfect, quiet, close to the tram and bus stations, close to museums. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful! I absolutely recommend it.

Nu știam ce să mai fac că sa nu merg in camera. Dezastru.
Pros:

Locația a fost singura care a fost ok. Restul coșmar. O camera pentru personalul de serviciu , cam asta a fost. Mult prea scump pentru o camera de nici o stea. Mobilier vechi, mocheta veche. Nu recomand nimănui.

Our entire stay there was wonderful. We were able to easily get around to any of the sites!

Pros:

Two aspects of the Hotel Fita stand out: the friendliness of the breakfast staff, and the coziness of my single room. It was like a nest. The hotel is steps away from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, and also the tram. I was grateful for the stolpersteine (memorial plaques) in front of the hotel, honoring Jews who were taken away from this former home. I was humbled to know this.

Cons:

The price of this modestly-furnished hotel startled me, but the excellent location justifies the cost.

Pros:

Appena arrivato non sembrava ma poi mi sono ricreduto.
Struttura piccola. Un tot 20 stante circa ma ottimo per riposo e struttura.
Letto comodissimo, cuscini super e una doccia fenomenale.
Anche la colazione ottima.
