Great stay. I would like to return.
Pros:

Wonderful location for visiting museums.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location cannot be beat for visiting the museums just a short walk away. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

My room on a ground floor faced a children's playground so it was noisy. Due to noise during the day and privacy at night we didn't open the windows nor the heavy curtains which were necessary to block light despite the very hot weather. The hotel does not have AC. They did provide fans but even 2 fans did not help in the heat. I recommend this hotel, but don't stay on a low floor.

Pros:

Great location especially if you plan to go to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh and other museums in the area. Rooms were clean, the air conditioning was quiet and controlled the room temp. In spite of being in the middle of a busy part of town, it's on a side street so it was extremely quiet. Great to be able to use the elevator, esp since the stair steps were extremely narrow.

Cons:

Even though each of us only had a roll-on and knapsack, climbing up the stairs in the front of the hotel on the first day was challenging. If you have large suitcases, it will be a real struggle, and the elevator is small so you may need to make multiple trips.

Un buen hotel para conocer Amsterdam
Pros:

Es un buen hotel para la visita a Amsterdam, muy bien comunicado con el centro y con servicios alrededor, cafeterías, restaurantes, etc. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. La habitación amplia, un poco anticuada en cuanto al baño pero limpia y en buenas condiciones. El desayuno correcto, bien atendido y con un surtido suficiente. Permiten dejar las maletas hasta la hora de marchar sin cargo alguno.

Cons:

Es una casa antigua, con historia y por ello las instalaciones se ven algo antiguas aunque todas funcionan muy bien. Nuestra habitación al estar en la planta baja tenia el ruido de la puerta de entrada y salida al hotel, lo que hizo que una noche nos despertáramos de madrugada con la entrada o salida de huéspedes. Recomiendo solicitar habitaciones en el piso superior.

Buena ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicacion lo mejor, esta muy cerca de la plaza de los Museos, en una zona tranquila y de facil acceso. El hotel es muy agradable.

Cons:

La habitacion era demasiado pequeña, no tenia espacio para abrir 2 maletas, ya q era una habitacion doble. Sin embargo el baño y la cama eran agradables y comodos. Les solicitamos una habitacion en piso superior y con ventana al exterior al realizar la reserva y nos respondieron que segun la disponibilidad, lo harian. Pero al llegar noa dijeron que habiamos reservado una habitacion economica (era el precio ofrecido por ellos ennla pagina de Booking) y por esa razon la habitacion asignada era en el piso -1 y aunq con ventana al exterior, era demasiado pequeña para 2 personas.
