Pros:

Staff so friendly, saw 3 different staff over our 2 nights and all were chatty and friendly. Breakfast good. Rooms clean with crisp linen. Free drink voucher if room not cleaned is nice touch. Easy walk from station. Maybe include information on where to turn off the main street as we had to ask even though we were using maps

Cons:

Had the triple room. The 3rd bed is not a full length. This worked okay as I'm 5'3" but feel it should be highlighted on the information as if any taller wouldn't be able to stretch legs

Service is everything and this place delivers!
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice and cozy the place was but what really impressed me was the attitude and service of the team. I wish i remember name of the lady in the reception. Something "R" i think. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to her for being amazing! My 80 year old mum and I only had 1 day in Zermatt and not only did she recommend an amazing hike for us, she lent us her own walking poles!!! I've never experienced any such kindness at even the big brand 5-star hotels. It made such a difference and our week in europe was great, but this hike was the highlight of the entire week - all thanks to her!

Pros:

The breakfast was quite typical of our Switzerland breakfasts- fruit, cold cuts, good bread and cold cereal.

Cons:

Nothing. It was very hot. The mountain hill to the facility might be arduous for some.

Friendliest hotel with a great look at the Matterhorn 24-7.
Pros:

How very friendly they are and how they made us feel comfortable.

Cons:

Without a guide or street signs we had to ask a few locals where it was. But.....it only took 2 asks.f
