Pros:

There’s a big rooftop that has a good view of Matterhorn as well as the city. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thankfully there is an elevator in the hotel.

Cons:

We went in the summer and the weather was hot, unfortunately there is no air conditioning nor fan. The curtains do not block out the sunlight completely. There is a steep slope just before reaching the hotel, it is not easy to drag heavy luggages up this slope.

Halte rapide à Zermatt durant le trek "Tour du Mont-Rose".
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans Zermatt, en plein centre, mais au calme dans une rue adjacente.
Petit-déjeuner très copieux et complet.
Accueil chaleureux (café offert, beaucoup d'explications).
Vue sur le Cervin depuis le roof-top.
Local de séchage pour les affaires mouillées.

Zermatt is very expensive this was a good choice !
Pros:

Excellent location in Zermatt ! Extremely small room by European standard but comfortable. Good bfast ! Nice staff.

Pros:

Good location, 2 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast good.

Cons:

They sent a message regarding building work in the area, but we were not prepared for just how loud it was. The work started on the school next door just after 7am until nearly 5pm and as our room overlooked the building site we got the full effect. Not their fault but they could have been clearer about how close it ws.

Pros:

ツインの部屋に泊まりました。お部屋はとても清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフさんもみんなフレンドリーでした。
鉄道や登山鉄道、ロープーフェイなど、各ツェルマット駅からのアクセスも抜群です。

Cons:

部屋のタイプによると思いますが、私が泊まった部屋ではスペースがかなり限られていたため、スーツケースを床に開くことが難しかったです（工夫することで開くことができました）
また、シャワー室の扉のパッキンが一部剥がれていたため、バスルームの床を水浸しにしない工夫が必要でした。

Ein Herzlicher Aufenthalt in Zermatt!
Pros:

Es ist so ein herziges Hotel! Ich war richtig überrascht. Man wurde herzlich empfangen und das Frühstück war super! In der Nacht kommte man auf der Terasse die Milchstrasse sehen:)
