Tolle Lage, Altbaucharme, Sauberkeit geht so
Pros:

Tolle Lage, authentischer Altbaucharme mit Supermarkt nebenan und super freundlichem Personal. Angenehm ist auch, dass man mit Türcode reinkommt und demnach keinen Schlüssel dabei haben muss. Das Apartment war super ausgetastattet und klimatisiert und die Dachterrasse vom Hotel bietet einen klasse Ausblick auf die Skyline.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war leider unterirdisch. Fremde Haarbüschel im Bad, dreckige Handtücher, Bettdecke mit Flecken und ein Rollo zum verdunkeln des Schlafbereiches hat komplett gefehlt. Die Klimaanlage ist super laut, aber effektiv. Wofür niemand was kann war ein Großbrand nebenan am 1.7. wo man sich allerdings eine kurze Rückmeldung des Hotels zu Sicherheitsaspekten gewünscht hätte.

El mejor lugar de ciudad de Panamá
Pros:

Absolutamente todo, el lugar es precioso, la habitacion es bien grande y tiene un estilo muy lindo con salida a un balcon precioso y un rooftop con vista a toda ciudad de panama. El personal son lo más amorosos y educados, tanto los de recepcion como los del restaurant. Nos ayudaron a resolver unos problemas que tuvimos con las fechas de la forma mas educada y amorosa posible. De verdad volvería a este lugar 10000 veces. Perfecto para luna de miel o viajes en pareja

We enjoyed it but emergency measures are lacking

No fire escape or smoke alarm and there was a fire across the street at 2:30am June 28 2026. No one was at the desk at night and the door was locked but luckily we evacuated ourselves and other guests and got out before the electricity was cut.

Lovely time, made to feel very welcome

Fantastic small hotel in the centre of the old town. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was lovely.

A great place to stay when visiting the old town of Panama City.
Pros:

Large space located in the center of old town with many dining options nearby. Balcony to watch the street life and city views.

Manager was able to accommodate our very late check out for a nominal fee.

Beautiful charm during our short stay
Pros:

We loved our stay at Las Clementinas. The apartment offered plenty of space to settle in and we enjoyed the close
proximity to all that Casco Viejo has to offer. The restaurant Mahalo attached to it was so amazing we ate there twice during our short stay in the city. The staff was mostly very helpful via WhatsApp. On our last night I did request some assistance with information about transportation to the airport in the morning and did not hear back but we figured it out (scheduled Uber) and otherwise they were very responsive. The pullout couch did accommodate our 2 kids for 2 nights though I think it could be tight sleeping arrangements if the trip is longer. We are so grateful for our time in this hotel. Thank you!

Ótima acomodação. Bem localizado, perto de restaurante, supermercado, igrejas epontos turísticos.
Pros:

Ótima localização. Equipe de atendimento sempre presente. Precisamos alterar nosso apartamento e fomos atendidos sem nenhum problema. O apartamento é ótimo, dispõe de cozinha, ampla sala, ar condicionado, ótima cama com roupa de cama, banho e internet.

Cons:

O hotel não dispõe de elevador, porém esse problema ocorre com os outros hotéis nessa região pois tratam-se de edifícios antigos. Mas isso não deixou de agradar e nos acomodar.
