Zu teuer, die Qualität entspricht nicht dem Preis. Das Essen schmeckt nicht.

Wir hatten die Suite Nr. 8008, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, das Zimmer war groß und hell. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Eine Nacht in diesem Zimmer hat 1.260 € gekostet, was der Qualität für diesen Preis definitiv nicht entsprach. Flecken auf dem Teppich im Zimmer, die Fliesen schon älter – bei einigen Fliesen war das sehr deutlich zu sehen. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr weitläufig; wir mussten drei Aufzüge benutzen und ein gutes Stück laufen, bis wir unser Zimmer erreichten. Wer kleine Hotels mag, ist hier falsch. Ein großes Minus bekommt jedoch die Küche. Das bestellte Essen war nur lauwarm, hat uns nicht geschmeckt und das Schweinefleisch war durchwachsen. Es handelte sich um ein Risotto mit Schweinefleisch und Trüffeln. Die Trüffel waren nicht frisch. Der Preis lag bei 45 € pro Person. Das Hotel hat auch keinen Innenpool, alle befinden sich im Außenbereich. Das wäre an sich kein Problem, aber der als Thermalpool angegebene Außenpool war kalt. Die Matratzen sind zu weich (für uns). Für uns leider eine Enttäuschung.

Viel Luft nach oben

Sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick

Cons:

Service wirkt oberflächlich und etwas unkoordiniert aber bemüht Luft nach oben- da gibt es definitiv hochwertigere Häuser die wir hier auf Mallorca genutzt haben.
Auffüllen der Kaffeekapseln fand nicht statt (auch in Drei-Sterne Haus Standard.
Null Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag des Managements (kein Grußkarte, Blumen absolut nichts) - sehr schwach wie ich finde. Für uns ein Test das Hotel lohnt sich nicht.

We loved the location and the views - best sunsets in all of Mallorca! The hotel is spread out on top of a UNESCO area. The (adults only) Infiniti pool is special. The service is outstanding across the board from the concierge to the superb team at breakfast
