Nice quiet rooms

Cons:

The hotel obviously had issues with its air conditioning system. The AC in the rooms was very ineffective and we could see the staff had been installing fans is the electrical cupboards and around the hotel to try and keep things cooler during a hot period.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, ce qui est un vrai point positif.

Cons:

Plusieurs points sont décevants. Au petit-déjeuner, il n’y avait pas de jus d’orange pressé, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing.

Le principal problème a été l’accès à l’hôtel le soir : le veilleur de nuit était apparemment endormi et il nous a fallu appeler la réception à plusieurs reprises, sans que celle-ci parvienne à le joindre immédiatement. Une situation assez surprenante et peu rassurante pour les clients.

Concernant le parking, aucune place n’était disponible sur le parking normalement dédié au Novotel, ce qui est également regrettable.

Enfin, l’entretien des parties communes laisse à désirer : un couteau et une tasse sont restés au sol dans les couloirs, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’attention au nettoyage.

Gutes Hotel an hervorragender Lage. Perfekt für eine Städtereise.
Pros:

Die Lage in Lyon ist sehr gut. Hervorragend an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett. Angeschlossen ist ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum mit einem Carrefour.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit beim Bezug des Zimmers liess zu wünschen übrig. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein und genügt nur, wenn das Hotel nicht ausgelastet ist.
