Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Super Ambiente

Cons:

Das die erhaltene Karte die Tür vom Parkhaus zum Hotel nicht funktioniert hat. Man musste jedesmal klingeln und es hat etwas gedauert, bis die Tür geöffnet wurde.

Tolles modernes Hotel im neuen modernen Stadtbereich von Lyon. Direkt in der Nähe der Autobahnabfahrt. Direkt am Einkaufszentrum. Man bekommt immer einen Parkplatz. (16€/Tag)
Umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Möglichkeiten nach einer Autofahrt noch entspannt spazieren zu gehen.
Für einen Zwischenstopp richtig gut.
Personal sehr nett, Frühstück lecker, aber wenig Aufschnitt. Halt französisch süß.
Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kinder sogar zwei Zimmer mit Zwischentür bekommen.

Ein super Abendessen und Frühstück mit schönem Ausblick - gut für einen entspannten Stoppover

Das Hotel ist in einen interessanten, sehr grossen Einkaufs- und Dienstleistungskomplex (Centre Confluence) eingegliedert. Die erhöhte Lage am Rhone-Kanal ist sehr schön, vor allem von der Terrasse des dazugehörenden Restaurants aus! Sehr gute Küche und super Service im Restaurant! Wir haben zu Fuss eine ziemlich grosse Runde durch das Quartier gemacht und sind dann wieder beim Hotelrestaurant gelandet. Der Lillet Hibiscus hat uns sehr überzeugt, leider haben wir ihn sonst nirgends wieder bekommen! Sehr reichhaltiges und wertiges Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist massiv zu gering. Das war unter dem Niveau des Komforts, den man ausserdem im Hotel geniesst! Als ich es bei der Abreise der Rezeptionistin meldete, gab sie vor, davon noch nie gehört zu haben. Ich fühlte mich damit nicht ernstgenommen und kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass andere Kunden vor mir nicht mehrmals das gleiche Problem bemängelt haben.

Mitigé. Notre expérience ne vaut pas le prix de la chambre.

Le repas dans le restaurant de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les 2 ascenseurs en panne : compliqué avec un ébène et une poussette quand la chambre est au 6eme étage et qu’il fait 37 degrés.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre pdt la canicule. Il faisait meilleur dans le couloir. Encore une fois compliqué quand on a un petit bébé, les nuits étaient étouffantes. La literie pas confortable gardait la chaleur et s’enfonçait. Elle est peut être plus adaptée à la saison froide.

En résumé ce n’était pas catastrophique, mais pour un 4 étoile et le prix payé ça ne vaut pas du tout le coup.

Goed verblijf als doorreis met de auto en met de tram zo in het centrum
Pros:

Nette kamer met ruime badkamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt en behulpzaam personeel. Door de hittegolf was de lift een dag kapot maar mochten we gebruik maken van de lift achter de keuken. Dit werd heel goed opgelost.
