Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish public holidays check-in is possible after 18:00 only. The outdoor pool is closed from 01 November until early April. All requests for early check-in are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note, the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.

Pros:

מלון במיקום פשוט קסום, צוות שירותי ברמה הכי גבוהה שאפשר, אוכל מעולה וחוויה בלתי נשכחת

Cons:

בחרנו בחדר עם בריכה פרטית, אך לא היה צל כלל כמעט לאורך כל היום.
כשביקשנו שמשיה נאמר לנו שלא ניתן לספק (על אף שראינו אחרת בחדר יקר יותר).
כמו כן האמבטיה ישנה והתאורה בחדר השירותים דלה.

Обслуживание не соответствует цены . Очень дорого и ремонт за 2 шек . Очень некачественно.

Единственное что хорошо в отеле это еда . Все остальное на 2/10

то что я просил все сделали наоборот . просил сделать 30 отдельных шариков а сделали 2 шарика с цифрой 30 . у меня годовщина свадьбы и для меня были очень важны все детали . просил я плату фруктов и ее не было . написал что нам 11 лет вместе. просил на торту это указать. тоже не было сделано . воды в номере поставили маленькую бутылку . обещали из за неудобства не снимать деньги за шарики и фрукты а в конце за все взяли деньги и то что обещали не сделали . также мы ожидали что будет отдельный домик с бассейном и какая то уединенность . но все на виду и дом рядом возле дома и люди ходят как будто это проходной двор . очень дорого и не оправдывает эти деньги . в номерах и в бассейне крытом ужасный ремонт . краска шелушился. выглядит все не очень .не так как описывают .
