Amazing and very kind, friendly personell, small rooms, for me poor breakfast, but i would come back, general feeling 7/10. Also fruits, coffee and tee, water in room, limonade in reception.

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Londra, a piedi, con metro o bus. Accoglienza molto amichevole con piena disponibilità per gli ospiti di acqua e tisana. La camera anche se piccola era munita di tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere la vacanza.

It's a nice place to stay while being away from home.
Pros:

It was in a good location. The breakfast was good and filling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered many treats upon entering the hotel, which was a great touch. It made the travel to the hotel much better and welcoming.

Cons:

Understandable of the limitations of the building, but it would have been nice to have access to the laundry room. The breakfast was good, but a meat, such as a sausage would have been a nice addition to the meal.

Fridge in room. Free fruit and water. Staff very friendly and even gave us a rose on arrival.

Cons:

No wardrobe and insufficient coat hangers. Shower was exceptionally high off the ground and water pressure low.
