Pros:

Le personnel à l'accueil très a l'écoute et très serviable et aux petits soins. J'ai eu même la possibilité d'être surclassé sans rien demander

La personne qui gérait le petit déjeuner le matin n'était pas très aimable et très froide c'est dommage

Le manque d un frigidaire dans la chambre pour maintenir des boissons et nourriture au frais c est un gros point ́noir dommage pour vous je pense qu'il serait bon d investir sans pour cela augmenter le tarif des chambres qui sont dejà relativement chères coordialement

Das Hotel lag recht zentral, so dass man mit ein wenig Aufwand fußläufig an die touristischen Attraktionen (= alter Hafen, ca. 15Minuten; Dom ca. 3 Minuten, Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten) kam.
Wir wurden hervorragend beraten (hinsichtlich Sightseeing, ÖPNV, Restaurants etc.) durch die Rezeptions-Dame.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon recht klein und die Ausstattung spartanisch.

Chambre propre et comfortable, hôtel très bien placé et personnel exceptionnel.

Cons:

La chambre sous les combles limite pas mal l'espace de circulation dans la chambre, c'est dommage. Et pas de vue car c'était un vélux a la place de la fenêtre.

Au calme mais chambre, lit et salle de bains très exigus

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis à la réception par Hugo, très aimable et efficace. Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et il nous a installés au dernier étage, à l’abri du bruit de la rue. Et pour cela, nous l’en remercions mais …

Cons:

La chambre (double confort sur l’annonce) était exiguë et mansardée. Nous nous sommes cognés à plusieurs reprises.
Un store qui n’occultait pas vraiment la lumière était installé juste au-dessus d’un petit lit en 140. La salle de bains, fonctionnelle mais également très petite n’offrait aucune possibilité de rangement.
Et contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, l’hôtel ne possède pas de parking mais propose un tarif préférentiel si vous souhaitez vous garer dans le parking situé juste à côté dans la même rue.

Leckere Croissant und Café auch am Nachmittag 💪

Cons:

Ein Nachbar Café „Café de Paris“ hat so unglaublich laute Musik bis tief in die Nacht gemacht, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte, trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.
