Staffs could be much better. But excellent stay
Pros:

Beautiful rooms . Walkable to the beach nearby many spots are available to eat and even a street is there where you can eat so delicious food

Cons:

Staffs. Even with the correct booking and payment. They were not friendly. They said more than two people are not allowed even with triple beds provided in the room and pretended that they were helping us by letting us stay and that it was an error. We stayed in thailand every property like that coz as a family why would one person stay single as a girl staying with my parents

4 Nights in Jomtien for meet Slatts
Pros:

It's not my first time in Neo. I find it like some every years ago. Amenities in room working good, cleaning room every day. Friendly staff in reception. Bus to center Pattaya for 10Thb. Outside Hotel can find exchange money, one bank, bars, restaurants, Hemingway pub, shops and short walking to the Jomtien beach.

Cons:

Painting the walls outside the rooms and take care better the status of the building.

Staff fantastic lovely people couldn't do enough for you very friendly

Towels provided and coffee and water in room each day free
Good size room

Cons:

No sunbeds at pool area only chairs
Rooms need upgraded
Shower water cold most of time even after they tryed to fix problem
Had to ask for room safe to be fixed to wall .anyone could have walked off with it 😆
Old tvs no netflix or YouTube only 4 news channels no other channels in English

Hayal kırıklığı.
Pros:

Otelin tek iyi tarafı her gün temizliğe gelmeleri, ve temizlikçi kadınların güler yüzüydü. Konumu da fena sayılmaz ama arka tarafa bakan oda verildiği için sürekli klima sesiyle bir konaklama geçiriyorsunuz.

Cons:

Kaldığım oda bir harabe içinde, ilk defa şehir merkezinde bu kadar kötü bir odada kaldım. Her şey sararmış kapının kaplaması atmış ve kullanılan bütün malzemeler çok eskimişti. Çarşaflar defalarca kullanılmaktan sararmış ve üzerinde kan lekeleri vardı. Yastık kılıflarının içine baktığımda ise yastigin kendisi midemi bulandırdı ve kullanamadım. Bugüne kadar konakladığım en kötü otellerden biri. Fotoğraflarını da koyacağım ama her yeri çekemedim. İlk gün geldiğimde resepsiyondaki gözlüklü bir kadın vardı, odayı değiştirmesini istediğimde bağıra çağıra bana bu kadar paraya böyle bir odada kalabilirsin dedi. Resmen kavga etti sesimi çıkartamadım çünkü yabancı bir ülkedeyim. Yani bunu Türkiye’de yapsa polis bile çağırırdım. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Good for a low budget
Pros:

Near Jomtien beach, 1 min walking distance. Car park available.

Cons:

The furniture is very old, not in a good shape. View on the wall of the front building, very old and dirty. Not really clean, old Air conditioner and swimming pool located in another building.
