On our first stay we had a room with a balcony. It was nice to look out into the shipyard to see the ships. On the subsequent stay we didn't have a balcony and the room was a bit small as was the bathroom where the space between the toilet and the wall in front of it was minimal. Small room and small bathroom but great location and fine for a night. The hotel was close to the pier where our ship was docking and close to several nice restaurants
Our first balcony room was lovely except for the shower that leaked under the pony wall into the area under the sink.
Great family room with fun bunk/loft. Very convenient to downtown sights. One of the best breakfast options we had during our 10 day trip.
Parking could be a problem but the lot behind the hotel and street parking worked for us.

The hotel is spacious, rooms are clean and offer amenities such as great coffee, hair dryer, Le Occitane products, nice towels and bedding. The location is great for a walk into downtown or eating/drinking coffee/bars in Old Harbor area.
Like all things in Reykjavik it is expensive. The hotel staff seem overly stoic and do not go out of their way to greet you. We waited in the bar area for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging us.

Obiekt przy nabrzeżu, obok hotelu kilka restauracji, firmy wycieczkowe, blisko do dużych sklepów spożywczych, centrum miasta również w odległości spaceru. Parking bezpłatny na miejscu. Ciekawie urządzony apartament, komfortowy dla dwóch osób.
