Great relaxed vibe
Pros:

Great location, good bar, helpful staff, lovely rooms & decor. A couple of easy blocks to city centre. V handy for any boat-related tours ( just outside) and not far from bus stop 17

Cons:

There is construction work just next door, however this did not cause any disruption

Good location, bad location, can these two statements be true at the same time? Yes!
Pros:

This hotel is within walking distance of a few museums, the marina and the plaza. We stayed here years ago and had a great experience as a family of five. Loved the family room! Hence the decision to stay here again.

Cons:

At the time of our stay, there were two ships dry docked in front of the hotel that were being spray painted. The smell of paint kept leaking into our room even with the windows closed.
