El personal es muy muy amable, todos y todas, los de recepción, el chico de las maletas, camareros/as, era una pasada todos sonreían. Felicidades por ese personal.

I reccomand this hotel if you want to spend a great time in a beautiful place with a great service.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, our waitress Wendy was super kind and friendly! Wendy thank you so much for you special service a lot!! You made our time in the hotel restaurants! :)

Cons:

just one thing - I'm a really light sleeper and my bed (in room 519) creaked quite a lot, so I woke up a lot :)

Couldn’t fault the hotel, clean, great staff, good location, buffets good, could always get a sun bed, even good entertainment one night, the best thing of all is no animation, that was heaven. Minor gripe the smoking is in with non smoking so couldn’t go in that bar as you couldn’t breath. Some smoking around the pool also which absolutely disgusting. Not the hotels fault just selfish people. Also maintenance every day at 7 with saws was too much. maybe every other day ? Apart from that fantastic

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel which was sparkling clean. Lovely facilities with a massive selection of food each day (all inclusive), rooms were fabulous and staff very friendly. Myself and my family had a wonderful weeks holidays at the Riu Palace Palmeras and 100% will be back as soon as we can. Thank you everyone who works there for making this a special holiday.

Nothing not to dislike. Everything was perfect..

Second lovely stay I’d say 4.5 stars not 5 this time.
Pros:

We really like this hotel having stayed in 2023. We still think the staff are amazing but maybe not quite as many as before. Little places of wear showing that looked pristine before. Damage in lift, random lift announcements in the one. Room as expected. Serviced as expected. Food still excellent both in quality and choice. Entertainment very mixed in quality. Cocktails seemed more premixed at every bar this time and not as good as we recalled. Another thing we like to sit outside but there must be a way of keeping smokers and non smokers both happy. We found most outdoor seating of by both bar and Entertainment occupied by smokers whether an allocated or not!
