Pros:

Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück wird an den Tisch gebracht, ist mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker. Bei Bedarf kann jederzeit etwas nachbestellt werden.

Pros:

As pessoas da equipe são ótimas, sempre bem humoradas e dispostas. A localização é extraordinária, menos de 5 min a pé do Coliseu.

Cons:

Ar condicionado era apenas liga/desliga. Wi-Fi não funcionava. A cama deixou minha esposa com dor nas costas.

Hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons aimé :
- la situation géographique de cet hôtel : Proche du Colisée, du Forum et du Mont Palatin.
- le quartier très animé : restaurant, glaciers, boutiques
- l’accueil du personnel

Cons:

On n’a pas aimé la marche dans la chambre.
La climatisation qui est bruyante et qu’on ne peut pas garder la nuit
Le petit déjeuner identique tous jours servi à table

Voortreffelijk hotel met een zeer aangenaam ontbijt.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen, de meeste bezienswaardigheden zijn te voet bereikbaar. Op verzoek regelt de balie een taxi aan schappelijke prijzen.

Cons:

Spijtig dat de bar, het restaurant en de rooftop bar niet meer uitgebaat worden.

Les réceptionnistes sont sympathiques et serviables

Cons:

Nous sommes complètement déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel pour de nombreuses raisons.
Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas du tout, c’est l’hôtel le plus cher que nous avons payé sur notre séjour, et de loin le moins bien.
La réception est adorable et nous n’avons rien à dire à ce sujet.
Par contre, les chambres : les murs sont fins et on entend TOUT : ce qui se passe dans le couloir, ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côté, dans la rue partout … c’est une horreur.
La Clim fait un bruit épouvantable et la douche est un coup chaude un coup froide…
Les couverts du petit déjeuner était sales et le service désagréable à souhait.
