החדר וכל מה שבו, נקי מאוד, מיקום המלון, צוות אדיב

Cons:

החלונות לא מבודדים את הרעש מהרחוב , רחוב הירקון רועש מאוד והאקוסטיקה בין הבנינים מכפילה אותו, אי אפשר לישון , מאוד רועש לפחות בחדר 107.
קיבלנו המלצות והתאכזבנו מאוד.

Excellent, but bathroom needs redesign
Cons:

We had an overall wonderful stay and I still rated this hotel a 10 because the service, location, and overall experience were excellent. However, there was one design choice that was genuinely baffling and worth mentioning: the bathroom layout.

The bathroom walls were made largely of glass, creating a significant lack of privacy. Even though most of the glass was frosted, this wasn’t just a decorative design feature that preserved privacy—there was even an area where the toilet was directly visible from the room. For a hotel room, this felt extremely uncomfortable and impractical, especially for couples or anyone who simply values basic privacy.

I understand some modern hotels go for a sleek, open-concept aesthetic, and perhaps this is intended as a trendy European-style design choice, but in reality, it sacrifices comfort for appearance. A bathroom—particularly the toilet area—should provide actual privacy, not make guests feel exposed or self-conscious.

This would be a much better room design if the hotel replaced the glass bathroom walls with proper solid walls. It’s a surprisingly awkward feature in what was otherwise an excellent stay.

So: excellent hotel, but whoever approved the bathroom design may want to reconsider what guests actually need when using a toilet.

ולי היה אישור מבוקינג שהתשלום נגבה וההזמנה מאושרת
המתנו זמן מה בקבלה..המתנה מעייפת עם בירורים מול בוקינג לבסוף הסתדר
ארוחת בוקר ממש מצומצמת ואין קפה רלא רק בשקיות שעמדו שם ישנות עם טעם לוואי וגושים דבר מינימלי זה קפה טוב בבוקר
בכל מלון יש קפה פילטר על פלטה ורק בשעה 8 ניתן להיכנס לא.בוקר הזיה
המלון חדש ונעים והתאכזבנו כי יצאנו החוצה לשתות קפה ולאכול א.בוקר
למרות שהתשלום היה כולל א.בוקר

הכל היה מצוין. החדר, ארוחת הבוקר, היחס החם של הצוות, המיטות נהדרות והמיקום מעולה.

להפתעתנו ואכזבתנו בערב השני עד שעה 11 בלילה היתה מסיבה על הגג שלא הודיעו לנו עליה והרעש היה בלתי נסבל ובעוצמה כל כך ענקית שאי אפשר היה להיות בחדר. אם היינו יודעים מראש לא היינו לוקחים לילה נוסף. זה הרס לנו את היום. הגענו למלון בעייפות גדולה מכל היום ורצינו לנוח. לא היה לאן לברוח והיינו צריכם לסבול עד שנגמרה המסיבה. התחושה היתה שהמלון לא מתחשב בנו. ההתנצלות שלא עזרה בשום דבר הגיעה מאוחר מידי. היתה חובה לדעתנו להודיע מראש לאורחים שבשעות מסויימות תהיה מסיבה רועשת. לכן לא יכולתי לתת ציון מצוין אלא רק טוב מאוד.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד יותר מאשר מספקת.

Cons:

1 - בבוקינג לא כתוב שהחניה בתשלום. אכן החניה בתשלום.
2 - בבוקינג כתוב : יש חניה. אבל למעשה אפשר להגיד שאין חניה. כי אם החניה מלאה אז נשארים בחוץ.
אלה הדברים שבוקינג צריך לכתוב שמציגים את המלון.

Was ok.
Pros:

The room and the entire hotel were super clean and the view was great. The location is perfect and also the breakfast. We had an issue one night with loud music coming from the bar on Thursday night when there is a DJ until late hours and when we asked they handled it immidiatly, with compansation for an extra day (thanks Raul!).

Cons:

Something was a bit weired with the vibes of the staff. I think maybe a social gathering for them might be helpful, as they don't seem to be very happy working there. When we came and left we barely got an "hello" or "goodbye". So the vibes there are a bit strange.
Another minus is that there is no lobby to properly sit and work or talk over coffe.
Also make sure you understand where is the private parking lot ahead because the staff does not properly direct you to it and we lost the last spot because the reception did not direct us properly to it (but we have managed with a nearby parking with no problem).
