Nicht ganz schlecht aber sehr verbesserungsbedürftig

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig, an Kaffee ist kaum ran zu kommen und wenn es dort voll ist auch nicht an Saft. Die Teller stehen in der Ecke wo man nur hin kommt wenn das Hotel vielleicht zur Hälfte ausgebucht ist. Wir hatten auch nach 2 mal Zimmer Reinigung noch sehr viele lange Haare überall zu liegen. Es fehlte im Zimmer an allen inklusive Seife usw am zweiten Tag hatte man mir an der Reception eine neue Flasche gegeben zum selbst einbauen 😃 Es gibt eine tolle Raucherinsel im Innenhof wo man morgens das Personal nicht gerne beim Frühstück belästigen möchte und abends fehlt leider jegliche Beleuchtung. Das Hotel ist gerade im Umbau so das es auch nicht sehr leise ist, wir buchen es vorläufig erstmal nicht wieder.

Prei / Leistung absolut gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm in Richtung Hinterhof gelegen. Frühstück war gut. Preis Leistung stimmt. Die Damen waren sehr fleißig mit nachfüllen und abräumen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente, der Stiehl des Hotels hat mir gut gefallen. Auch das Atmosphäre. Die Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt ist sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Einzig das der Raum war zu klein ist. Die Damen im Service könnten etwas mehr lächeln und kommunikativer sein.
Der Preis für die engen und wenigen Parkplätze finde ich etwas hoch, aber das ist in ganz Prag so!

Fantastická a rozmanitá snídaně , poloha hotelu,snadná dostupnost MHD,vstřícnost a splnění našich požadavků v době pobytu,profesionální a přesto lidský přístup recepčních ....prostor ve vnitrobloku s posezením

Cons:

V době pobytu se rekonstruovaly domy v okolí a tedy zvýšený hluk

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum im Keller ist definitiv zu klein. Es gab nicht genügend Sitzplätze für die Gäste, d.h. man musste warten, bis andere Gäste fertig waren, um frühstücken zu können. Auch am kleinen Buffet und der Kaffeemaschine gab es Warteschlangen und überall Gedränge. Nicht gerade der ideale Einstieg in einen entspannten Urlaubstag.

Os 2 quartos e hall do quinto piso onde ficamos tinham a alcatifa do chão muito suja.
Acho que as o hotel não corresponde a 4 estrelas e dim a apenas 3 estrelas.

Pros:

Im großen und ganzen war es ein guter Aufenthalt,aber das Frühstück ist noch ausbaufähig da es nicht wirklich aufgefüllt würde wenn was alle war.
Also für Spätaufsteher wäre es nix gewesen.

Ansonsten war alles gut👍🏽

Lugar adecuado para moverse a distintos puntos de la ciudad y que brinda un buen descanso a la hora de dormir
