Pros:

這家飯店很貼心，會在浴室放置緊急電話、矮的座椅，提供給適合需要坐著洗澡的人。地點雖然離車站比較遠，對面就是花蓮港，還有步道，走路15分鐘就可以前往太平洋海邊公園。早餐樣式雖然不多，有台灣古早味的豬油拌飯，湯也給的很大方，我覺得足夠。

ホテルのすぐそばのバス停はあまりバスが頻発していない。徒歩4分ほどのバス停が便利。

原本訂兩人房兩小床 幫我們升等成兩大床 很舒適
這樣的價格有這樣的早餐~很超值

浴室淋浴間的玻璃門開關時有異音，應該是下方的 Hinge 有鬆動異位，建議盡快修復。

整體算是舒適，但屬於老旅館，難免美中不足。
Pros:

1) 端午連假住三晚，平均一晚約2千初頭，價格優惠。
2) 住高樓層可以看海，頂樓也有開放式觀海的空間。房間剛好有陽台，但會被花蓮港跟樹葉擋住。
3) 於14點-22點有簡易的茶點可以使用。
4） 住三晚都有幫忙簡易整理環境跟打掃。
5） 電視有youtube kid。
6） 樓下大廳有簡易玩具供小孩玩。
7） 大多數服務人員態度親切。
8） 住宿地點算好找，離市區很近。

Cons:

1） 住高樓層可以看海，但前面是花蓮港，難免會有遮擋情況。
2） 下午茶有一個是小美冰淇淋，但香草缺了沒有補。
3） 有早餐，但屬於中式，菜色變化沒有很大。
4） 房間有些設施應該要更換。
浴室蓮蓬頭發霉且有摔到痕跡，洗澡時會不小心碰觸到頭髮或皮膚。
床頭兩邊有貼在牆壁上的插座，但沒有貼緊，使用上有點垂垂掉落的感覺。
5） 房間有椅子，但椅墊不小心掉下來，發現有一大團頭髮，建議清潔時也要整理一下椅墊。
6） 雖然太多數服務人員親近，但遇到兩天晚班的某位小姐態度就不是很好。
7） 停車位很少⋯前門4台，後方巷子側邊有不過6–8台，其他都有停對面的路邊，對於住宿要下行李不是很方便。
